He did several viewings with the buyers to make sure they were comfortable and kept me updated the whole way through. He is an absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Ed and Robert were professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal in a very difficult market. They were persistent and drew on the wider Hamptons network — private office, social media team, international reach — to generate interest in our property. Communication throughout was excellent, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. 10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We cannot thank the team at Hunters Catford enough for everything they did for us during the sale and purchase of our home.<br><br>We previously had our house on the market with another estate agency for 12 weeks, during which time we had just two viewings and no offers. When Richard and his team took over, the difference was incredible. They marketed our home with genuine care and attention, and within just 12 days we had received multiple offers. We were absolutely amazed by the turnaround.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Richard, who was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and an absolute pleasure to have on our side. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, and having someone with his expertise and calm approach made such a difference. We always felt that our home was in safe hands.<br><br>And then there is Brenda... who truly deserves a special and heartfelt mention. Brenda was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She is the definition of going above and beyond for her clients. This was a very stressful time for us, but Brenda was there for us every single day. She communicated with us constantly, answered every single question we had (and there were plenty!), and always made us feel supported and reassured.<br><br>What stood out most was that Brenda genuinely cared. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, patient and dedicated, and we always felt that she was personally invested in helping us get through the process successfully.<br><br>I am still amazed by the dedication and commitment of the whole Hunters team. Every member played their part in helping us through what was, at times, a very difficult and stressful sale, and we are incredibly grateful to all of them.<br><br>Thank you Richard, Brenda and the entire team at Hunters!! We genuinely couldn't have wished for a better estate agency to have on our side, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

They were professional, yet offered a very personal service. I appreciated their support during the ups and downs of conveyancing. Emails were answered promptly and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services.

Their local knowledge is second to none and they always give a speedy response to enquiries. I like that they are an established family business who are friendly and professional at all times. They take the rough with the smooth, always trying to bring a positive outcome to any problem. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Following today's experience regarding the viewing of Acacia Mews, I wish to cancel tomorrow's rearranged viewing and request that no further correspondence be made to me regarding this property or any future properties through your agency.<br><br>My husband and I took time out of our day to attend a viewing that had been confirmed. We arrived on time, waited patiently despite the agent arriving late, and then waited further while issues with the burglar alarm were resolved. After all of this, we were informed that the owner was unwilling to allow the viewing to proceed because she claimed she had not been informed, despite the property already being open and the alarm having been switched off.<br><br>What was most disappointing was not simply that the viewing did not take place, but the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. At no point did we receive a sincere apology for the inconvenience or the considerable amount of our time that had been wasted. Instead, we were simply asked for our next availability, as though the experience had been acceptable.<br><br>Having travelled to the property, rearranged our day, and waited patiently throughout, I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It has unfortunately left me with little confidence in your agency's level of organisation and customer service.<br><br>I appreciate that unforeseen issues can occur. However, the way they are managed is what reflects the professionalism of an agency, and regrettably, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect.<br><br>*Please remove my details from your mailing list, and do not contact me regarding this or any other properties in the future*<br>Kind regards

They did not even call me to let me know if it was cancelled or for whatever reason. I even called them on the same day, a few hours back, to ask about something which I assumed they were reminded about our appointment. It went so smoothly, from start to finish.<br>Our house was on the market mid June and completed mid August!<br>Frank also recommended us to use Juno Solicitors and they were outstanding. Very fast and efficient.<br>Thank you Frank for making our experience stress free.<br>We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know selling/buying!!

My latest sale handled by them through the Oakley office took around six weeks from first viewing to completion! All the Brockenhurst team where professional and helpful at every turn, but a big mention to Ashlea Herrod {Move Manager), who has been particularly sipportive in getting the sale over the line. I highly recomment their services
