25th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

20th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.

They collected several months of rent in advance from the tenant, but it has now been three months and they still have not paid us the money that is owed to us. Communication has been poor, and the delay is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
21st Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

29th May 2026 (28 days ago)Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.
