21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have been with Bennett Holmes for for around 3 years. I can not express the relief that I feel to have them as my managing agents. I have found them to be utterly reliable and extremely professional. They treat tenants and landlords with respect, they are responsive and give excellent advice. They are fully conversant with all regulations and you can rest assured when you instruct them. I have rented property for years and I can truly say that they are the only agent that have delivered. I have found that they have not only delivered but also have also gone beyond. An issue arose that meant that I needed to get paperwork from my previous agent. I had been with Bennett Holmes for a year and was already signed sealed and delivered. There was no benefit to Bennett Holmes for helping me obtain this but they managed to obtain everything that I required. There was a period this summer where my property was undergoing a refurb so they were not contractually obliged to assist me in anyway but they did continue to do so and again at great effort and without complaint. They are also all warm people and that makes them nice to deal with. Huge shout out to Stacey and Jason, they really are the best.

Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.

He was incredibly professional, responsible and reliable throughout the whole process.<br><br>Charlie was always very responsive and quick to reply to messages, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.

Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon<br><br>I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.<br><br>This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving. There were times when the process became stressful and frustrating, but I always felt that Charlotte was doing everything she reasonably could to help get the sale successfully over the line.<br><br>Hannah was equally professional and supportive. It was very reassuring to know that there was such a strong and dependable team behind the sale.<br><br>What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was simply another property transaction.
