4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

Vicky always explained every step so well as renting has changed recently, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and replied to emails promptly. My case was handled with great professionalism and nothing was too much trouble. We were always kept informed of progress and any queriers were answered in a timely manor.
13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Purchased a property from Rory and Euan. It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell.
