His advice in negotiation, timely updates and assistance with all things from the tenancy agreement review through to the moving process have been above and beyond. At times, I felt completely dismayed and frustrated due to how poorly I was treated by another company, but Kelly and Eddie went out of their way to call, check in on my wellbeing, and give me the reassurance and peace of mind I desperately needed when I wasn't sure what was going to happen.<br><br>They are truly solution-driven professionals. When obstacles arose with my property, they provided alternative options and directed me to the right people who could support me even better. From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Home by name and home by nature. My dealings with Home Estate Agents has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I was shown around the property by Rob who was very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. After making an offer on the property Rob handled negotiations between myself and the sellers and made sure that we had come to a reasonable agreement where all parties were happy. Once the offer had been accepted Ash was handling my case who was absolutely brilliant, giving me regular updates, chasing solicitors and helping to move the process along. A lot of people including myself dread dealing with estate agents as there doesn't seem to be any level of customer service in the world of today however, I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough as they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond for you to make sure that your sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of Home Estate Agents and their impeccable service during a process that can be very stressful, they put you at ease and always do their best by you. A good estate agent facilitates the communication between the vendor and purchaser, and their solicitors. Sam has been brilliant at keeping things moving along. From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)My brother died last year. I am his principal executor. This involved selling his house in St Albans to pay his legacies. But I live in Scotland. My solicitor recommended Paul Barker. I am so pleased she did. My brother had not been able to keep the house in good decorative order so it was a challenge to sell. Paul and his delightful team took control of the whole process, marketing, viewings, remedial works which became necessary, offers and negotiations around them and clinching the final deal. At every stage, I was kept informed and given clear options and recommendations. I was always confident that the best was being done without my presence. The business deserves to prosper.

13th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Foxtons St John’s Wood. I left my most recent viewing feeling genuinely misled and disrespected, especially because this was the second time I had experienced the same kind of issue there, with the same agent.<br><br>From the outset, I had clearly explained the type of property I was looking for, my requirements and my budget. The agent, Elvira Petkova, first sent me a video of a property that did not meet those requirements, so I explicitly declined it and explained why. She then sent me a second video of a different property that I did like, called me afterwards, and arranged a viewing with me based on that second property.<br><br>When I arrived, however, she took me to the first property — the one I had already explicitly rejected. It was only then that I was told the property from the second video, which I understood I had booked the viewing for, was actually far above my budget. I had therefore attended the appointment believing I was going to see a property I was interested in and that was a realistic option for me, when in fact it was never within my budget in the first place. Instead, I was taken back to a property I had already said I did not want to see. Had I been given that information beforehand, I would never have agreed to the appointment.<br><br>What makes this worse is that a very similar thing had already happened to me before with the same agent. On a previous occasion, I had booked and confirmed a viewing for a specific property, only to arrive at the Foxtons office and be driven to a completely different property in a different location.<br><br>For this to happen once would be frustrating. For it to happen twice, on separate occasions and with different properties, is extremely unprofessional. I found the experience misleading, poorly organised and disrespectful of my time.
