14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

Sally's experience is invaluable and their conections to local landlords if you have a lease could be the difference between selling and not selling. Highly recomended.
14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)We're so pleased we worked with Tom to sell our flat in Balham. Having someone with his experience manage the sale end to end was of huge value. He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. I'm not sure our sale would have gone through without him and I wouldn't consider a different agent if trying to sell in the area!
4th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I don't have any strong feelings about Stirling Ackroyd on the whole, but Terri's great. I lived in a Stirling Ackroyd property for 18 months, and on the few occasions a problem arose, I knew I could reach out to Terri and she would handle it, without the need for silly online forms, portals or waiting on hold for hours. End of tenancy was wrapped up by her within a few weeks - substantially less painful than any end of tenancy I've previously had.

Rashid the Agent who showed me the flat (and about 50 other people!!) was courteous, provided lots of information and transparent about the quirks and what the landlord was looking for. After my offer was accepted - Dimension continued to keep strong communication and was patient with all of questions.

Tudor helped everything run smoothly and to complete on time. Working efficiently and also helping to contact relevant parties (the freeholder and solicitors). Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. A mention to Abbey and Honey who have been brilliant.

19th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Outstanding service from Charters Estate Agents<br><br>I’ve used Charters Estate Agents for the past 15 months and have been extremely impressed with the service throughout. Their fully managed service has made being a landlord incredibly straightforward, with any issues — whether plumbing, gardening, roofing, electrics or anything else — dealt with quickly and efficiently.<br><br>Last year, they found excellent tenants for my property within a month. More recently, my existing tenants unexpectedly decided to leave, but Charters once again delivered. A new tenant was found, fully checked and agreed to move into the flat within just five weeks — an excellent result given the circumstances.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jacqui and Kirstie, who have been fantastic and played a key role in finding the new tenant. They have both been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout.<br><br>I’m very happy with Charters and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Great service, excellent communication and a very impressive fully managed service. Highly recommended.
2nd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I would like to start my review by talking about the new law that came into effect this year, " the renters rights act", so many Landlords have sold their properties due to this law. I had an estate agent last year. The agents were great at the start but, once they received the payment for their services it seemed as if I was no longer of importance to them and as such would not hear from them promptly with any concerns I had regarding the new laws. I needed to know how the new law affected my current tenants and any potential tenants I may have.<br><br>I have had a HMO rental for the last 12 yrs, every year I've had to keep changing agents due to the lack of proactiveness. They are great until they've been paid and then its tumbleweeds.<br><br>I engaged an agent that specifically deals with HMOs, the agent that I hired had started the vetting process. Six weeks before the tenancy started they said that they were not going to continue, at this point I was doubtful I would find anyone to help. It was at this point that I contacted Angela from Mather Marshall, she assured me that everything could be done in time and passed me onto Hayley and I must say they have been superb all the way through. They have been constantly in contact with me, have been professional and informative and have gone above and beyond to help me through these unsettling times. They have assured my tenants and to be honest made the process as stress free as possible for all concerned. I would highly recommend them.

The process has not always been straight forward but she has kept us informed every step of the way and done her utmost to keep things on track. She has stayed in constant contact, checking in with us and has always been friendly and pleasant to deal with.

3rd Sep 2026 (13 days ago)An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.
