16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

They are all professional, hardworking and approachable and help to make selling your home as stress free as possible. Adam Fahy in particular is an exemplary employee. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly and helped me on many occasions to make house viewings run smoothly. He is an absolute asset to the company.

The team has been professional, responsive, organised, and clear in their communication at every stage. It is refreshing to work with an agency that manages matters diligently while maintaining a fair and balanced approach between landlord and tenant interests. A special mention to Amy Tanzer, who has been particularly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout. Her clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process much smoother and more reassuring for us as tenants. We are very grateful for the support received and would strongly recommend Chestertons and Amy to anyone looking for a high-quality and professional property experience.

After visiting several agencies, this was the only place where I genuinely felt treated as a person rather than just another applicant. Jo was kind, patient, and very understanding, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the viewing, even though I arrived unexpectedly. They both took the time to listen, answer questions, and offer useful advice, which made a big difference. Moving after many years is stressful, but I left feeling much more reassured and positive about the whole process. Even though we didn’t go ahead with the property this time, I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them.

Loved the virtual tour of our home when it went up for sale and the pictures were really impressive - great attention to detail as well. After a disappointing experience with another estate agent who struggled to generate viewings, we brought Jake in to market our property. The difference was noticeable straight away. He and Aiden consistently arranged qualified viewings and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, Jake and Aiden continued to work incredibly hard behind the scenes, liaising with what was at times a challenging set of buyers and helping to keep the transaction moving forward. Their communication, professionalism and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. Jake is proactive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. It was a pleasure working with him and the wider team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

From the outset, Mo was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged with the matters I brought to him. What set him apart was not just his competence but his thoughtfulness: he had a real grasp of the underlying dynamics of difficult situations and gave advice that went well beyond the routine. When I needed to make a difficult operational decision, Mo handled the transition with grace and continued to offer his support even when it no longer benefited him directly. That kind of integrity is rare. If you are looking for an agent who will treat your property and your interests with care, Mo is the person to choose.

8th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.
