Communication was clear, prompt, and responsive throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, I can honestly say this has been by far the best experience I’ve had. The level of customer service and care really stood out, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.<br><br>A special shout-out to Lily for her fantastic customer service and support throughout the process. She was brilliant from start to finish.

London Estates has been outstanding, and it’s clear they care a lot about their tenants and properties. Ours was a difficult transaction that could easily have collapsed, and it only got over the line because John refused to let it stall — chasing the other agents, pushing every party in the chain, and staying on top of every detail throughout. Proactive, responsive, and completely reliable. Couldn't recommend this team more highly.

From the beginning, the team was professional, approachable and quick to respond whenever we needed help or had any questions.<br><br>A special thank you to Carla, who supported us throughout the process and assisted us with our early release when we needed to relocate. She handled everything clearly and efficiently, including the checkout and return of our deposit.<br><br>We genuinely appreciate all the help and support provided by Carla and the Marshalls lettings team. We were happy with the way our tenancy was managed and would confidently recommend Marshalls Property Services to others.

2nd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Highly recommend Christopher Pallet. We were selling the family home of our late mother. Colin dealt with the whole sales process, from start to finish, including valuation, sales strategy, marketing, negotiations with buyer, solicitors, and other members of the chain. He even put one member of the chain in touch with a financial adviser to successfully resolve a mortgage issue that could have caused a problem with our sale.<br><br>Colin had great local knowledge of the market, was empathetic to our circumstances, and had a good sense of humour. He kept us up-to-date with progress and helped to resolve potential issues quickly.<br><br>His strategy paid off with a sale well above the marketing price and with the whole process taking less than three months.<br><br>On behalf of our family, I'd like to thank Colin and the whole team at Christopher Pallet for doing such a fantastic job.

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.

He was great throughout the whole process which wasn’t the most straight forward purchase, but whatever Will said he would do in regards to chasing and progressing the sale, he was always good to his word. The property was highly sought after and I felt they handled it very fairly throughout. I also liked the mortgage adviser they have to reference me up as a prospective buyer. He didn’t rush the phone calls and was very helpful. Many thanks and we would highly recommend this agents. Gemma & Steve

They were organised and great at responding to emails or calls. They offered advice when things got a bit tricky, and were pragmatic when we had decisions to make. We were selling the house long distance, and we trusted them completely to deal with everything in our absence. They were very competitive in terms of fees.
