They are big enough to have a good reach of potential buyers but small enough that you get the personal service.<br><br>Communication was exceptional, a real stand out compared to other agents I have dealt with over the years. Their proactivity to push things along with solicitors, agents and buyers/sellers, even for those quite far away from us in the chain, also stood out - they clearly really cared about doing a great job. Thank you!

1st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??

David was incredibly helpful and responsive - he’s clearly an expert and it’s so nice to have someone calm, professional and friendly during what is (probably almost always) a bit of a stressful process. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
11th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing

1st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)We honestly can’t thank Rob enough for everything he did for us throughout what turned into an incredibly long and stressful process of selling our old (shared ownership) home.<br><br>We faced so many difficult situations along the way, including losing our original buyer, a down valuation, changes of solicitors and numerous delays and complications that could have easily made the whole process even more stressful. Through all of this, Rob was always there to help, keep things moving and do whatever he could to get us over the line.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how much Rob genuinely cared. He went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent and was always approachable, reassuring and willing to help, even when things were completely out of his control. He kept communicating with us throughout and never made us feel like we were dealing with everything on our own. He was always really quick to reply when we had any questions.<br><br>After such a long and difficult journey, we’re so grateful that we had Rob on our side. Not only is he fantastic at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely great person who clearly takes pride in helping his clients.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough. Thank you for helping us through all the ups and downs, and ultimately getting us over the line and so we could move into our new home!

In general I can say that the sales team were proactive, they took better images of the house, they did viewings at weekends (as well as week days), there was cover when our agent was on holiday. Our previous agent was more expensive, and did not offer this type of service. I recommend Michael Graham for the area surrounding Buckingham.

8th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)My partner and I have generally had the best experience with Parker’s Tadley.<br><br>We lived at a rented property for just over 2 and a half years and I can’t thank Julie enough for all the help she has given us over the years. Julie is very quick to respond to emails, she points us in the right direction with advice and she shows she cares.<br>Not only has she been great with emails but she has always been available on the end of the phone if we needed her. When we have had maintenance issues she’s quick to speak to the landlord on our behalf and the issues get resolved quickly. Julie would come round to carry out a routine house visit and from the 1st visit to our last she was always so positive, happy and showed a real interest in our lives. It was honestly nice having her come round.<br><br>Thank you for all your help Julie, we both really appreciate it.
2nd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Unprofessional, discriminatory and inconsistent practices at the Streatham branch.<br><br>I have had an extremely poor experience with this agency, stretching back over a period of 4 years. Years ago, they showed me a property but rejected me purely because I was receiving some benefits at the time, completely ignoring the fact that both my partner and I had excellent salaries and stable employment.<br><br>Fast forward to recently: we applied for a property managed by the Streatham branch priced at £2,300 per month. Our combined household income easily exceeds the standard UK affordability threshold (£69,000/year, which is 2.5x the rent). Despite our strong financial position, the staff rudely moved the goalposts and insisted we needed a guarantor.<br><br>When I offered two valid guarantors, they claimed that one single guarantor had to earn over £82,000 a year to qualify.For comparison, I have viewed properties worth £2,500/month elsewhere that only require a combined household income of £72,000. It feels like they are intentionally fabricating impossible criteria and wasting people's time.<br><br>I strongly believe we were targeted and treated unfairly because we are foreign nationals. Avoid this branch—they are rude, unprofessional, and apply double standards depending on who you are.<br><br>Many people in the community have warned me about them, and now I see why. Absolute joke of a company.
