Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

Belvoir have been fantastic throughout the whole process, helping me find somewhere new, arranging viewings (including ones for properties I ended up turning down), and staying communicative and supportive the whole way through. Even two years later, the team are still friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Still highly recommend.<br><br>Had a viewing with Simon from Belvoir back in October, Friendly gentleman who gave me all the information I needed, Turn around on offer to acceptance was very quick, Moved in within a few weeks. Communication has been consistent and prompt. Staff at Belvoir office were friendly and polite. Any work needed doing or mentioned has been addressed very quickly, Great property agent to go with! Highly recommend

As a first time buyer it can be really scary but he explained everything really well, was calm, and ultimately led me to my first new home which couldn’t have been more perfect.<br>Everyone in general at fox & sons has been really helpful and helped move everything on as quickly as possible.<br>Would 100% recommend. Right from the start, they were very knowledgeable about the market, always professional, understanding and approachable. Having never sold a property they helped us from the smallest of inquiries to keeping us informed of everything that was happening during the exchange/completion process.<br><br>They expertly marketed the property with quality photography.
