8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

They have been super helpful from day one - they truly care and establish trust relationship with both tenant and landlord. Totally different league than your high street real estate agencies. They have subsequently also helped sell the flat, and again were top notch all the way. If you're looking for a trusted partner, this is the right team.

19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.

14th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)We recently used Langford Russell to sell our house in West Wickham and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received from Steve and Lukasz.<br><br>Steve had a clear strategy from the outset for selling the house, and as a result the property sold very quickly as it had been proposed. Both Steve and Lukasz were extremely knowledgeable and experienced and their professionalism throughout the process was outstanding.<br><br>Whenever I needed to contact them they were always there to answer questions or provide an update which made the whole process much less stressful. Their communication and willingness to help at any time were amazing.<br><br>I would highly recommend Steve, Lukasz and the team at Langford Russell to anyone looking to sell their property. 9th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.
11th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

The team had a great insight into the area and local market, clearly demonstrating their years of experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go with them, and have done so already to several of our friends and colleagues.

Really happy with the overall sale that went through quickly and smoothly after following expert advice from the sales team.- 7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.
