She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. From the start, the move-in process was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained. They were completely transparent about all fees, so there were no surprises or hidden costs along the way.<br><br>What's stood out most is how they handle maintenance — any issues I've raised have been dealt with extremely quickly, which makes a huge difference when you're renting. The team is also genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, always happy to help and quick to sort out any problems.<br><br>Overall a really positive experience as a tenant, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent through a reliable, responsive agent.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. That said, this is a relatively small point and does not take away from the excellent service we received overall.<br><br>Wrights Estate Agents are a professional, reliable and approachable team, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Hatfield.<br><br>Thank you once again to James and the entire Wrights Estate Agents team for your help and support throughout our purchase.

Elle King was our main contact, and she was so helpful, professional and friendly.<br>I was so impressed that the whole sales team visited the house at the start to meet me and discuss its features.<br>The weekly update phone calls were much appreciated, even those weeks when there was nothing much to say.<br>They were proactive and helpful from start to finish. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
