10th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

From the start, all the team members were respectful, on time, supportive, friendly and efficient.<br>Erin Mcnamara was incredible. She was quick to reply and find answers and solutions, within her possibilities, during the renting process.<br>Jack and Ella were patient, informative and very friendly during viewings and quick to reply.<br>Sam was extremely helpful during the contract signing, supporting me with the documentation and giving me some information on providers for the home, as I'm new to the UK.<br>The house was very presentable and clean from the start, and it was visible that it has been well taken care of.<br>Moving in is going to be exciting and made simpler thanks to the team. ??????Savills - Summertown, Residential Development Sales

However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

It was a stressful time with ups and downs but I always felt like she was on our side. She gave honest, thoughtful advice and was always available when we needed her. If I ever sell a property in the future I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

When our circumstances changed in April 2026 and we were selling the house it was a "no brainer" who we would ask to act for us in the sale . Yet again Nicola and all her team were amazing, and she very quickly achieved a sale for us. She guided the whole process very carefully, and when the property we were proposing to buy hit complications, she and Toby very quickly arranged a rental property for us so that our sale could complete. We would give 6 Gold Stars if we could!

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle.
