His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
9th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I was dealing with vanesa tonova and I placed an offer for an apartment and she told me she sent it to the owner but she did not and lied. I chased her to find out whats going on and sent numerous messages/emails only to be ignored. Not only this but she also had a very bad attitude with me for no reason. Very unprofessional. In the end I did it through another agency but very unprofessional.

The team, Peter and Alkis, were incredibly professional, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. They both devoted a lot of time listening and guiding us through the new legislation. What stood out the most was how they truly listened to our preferences and only showed us properties that fit our needs. A special thanks to Alkis Kavouras. He made the moving process smooth and stress-free. Prompt and attentive…I highly recommend Alkis and the Wapping team to anyone looking to rent!

I live outside the UK and recently sold a house in South Ockendon with Nicola Ewin managing the process for me from start to finish. Great communication and advice (very important for me being non local). The team managed to generate a lot of interest and organised countless viewings to enable a successful auction. I recommend these guys - they deliver above and beyond, 5 stars all round. Thank you

3rd Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. How RUDE is that, AVOID AT ALL COST as they cannot be trusted. I stayed in all morning waiting for the Estate Agent to arrive but she arrived late. She was not able to help as she wanted to put my Cottage on the market for approx £100,000 less than its true value. Also it was £110,000 less than I was offered 4 years ago but the buyers chain collapsed.

The team will work around your work hours and preferences, ever disappointing. I wish them the very best and look forward to buying our bigger house through them in future.

I have rented through them on two separate occasions over the past 10 years, and I have found their approach to be consistently professional. I would like to specifically commend Emily, Lettings Negotiator, who supported me during my second tenancy. Her communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and she made the overall experience straightforward and well-managed.

His communication was excellent, and he always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>He was consistently available with helpful advice that was practical, pragmatic, and based on a wealth of experience. Whenever we needed guidance, Simon always had a sensible perspective on the next steps and often shared valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions.<br><br>It’s clear that Simon knows the local area and property market exceptionally well, and that knowledge gave us great confidence throughout the sale.
