21st May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.

10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.Taylors Estate Agents - Stony Stratford

20th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)The agents here are clearly game players and out for themselves I offered the full asking price which was agreed. The agent Kyle Wells also said he cancelled all seven viewings, even took it off the market. Just for him to call me a day later and say “ the seller has decided to go with someone who’s in a better position than you”. Errrm I’m a first time buyer I’m not in any chain, my position doesn’t get any better than that. So basically he was lying from the get go he didn’t cancel the viewings got a higher offer and then tried to make out I wasn’t in a good position using reverse psychology against me to cover up your scheme very low. I would waste my time with these again.
27th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Moving can be immensely stressful but the team at Belvoir were fantastic. Very attentive and available with any concerns I had during the process of completing forms, arranging viewings, etc. A genuine personable experience. A special shout out to Rees has been brilliant!

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

26th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)The office staff behaviour seem shambolic in my opinion. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

27th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment. She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.
