They were proactive and gave weekly updates during the sale process. Special thanks to Steven who did weekly property checks to comply with The Unoccupied House Insurance and finally to do the meter readings on our behalve.

The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.
A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.
Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.

From the very first viewing to moving in, Jayson was great at keeping things moving and making sure everybody was in the loop. Interactions felt much more personable than I have experienced with any other estate agent. Would definitely recommend!

What really sets Eloise apart is the personal care and attention she gives. She truly goes the extra mile, showing such genuine kindness and understanding throughout the process. It is clear that she cares deeply about the people she works with, and that makes such a huge difference.

14th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Buyers perspective: we were constantly told that estate agents during the buying process are something to be cautious about, but Thomas Merrifield were incredible. We bought a house through them a couple of months ago, they made our journey so easier and were the least stressful part of the whole process. As a first time buyer, they spoke me through all my concerns and helped navigate solicitors and surveyors etc. George in particular was fantastic - we still speak about how great they were. If we were selling, this is the only place we would consider to sell through.

Jessica stood out from other agents, with her warm and personable manner, and excellent knowledge of the local market.
She was so diligent with the video she made of the property, and was amazing at keeping the whole process on track and us informed throughout.
The rest of the team are also very helpful.

We woked with Lauren who has been a pleasure. Whenever we had questions, she would reply quickly and if she didn't know a reply, she would find out for us through the proper channels and keep us updated throughout the process. When moving house is as stressful as it is, Lauren made the process 10x easier through clear, constant communication.

7th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)As with most REA, wish I could give 0 stars for renting. Never fixed a problem that was there from the start of tenancy, and some maintenance issues that were raised were often met with condescending advice (surprisingly yes, I can tell if the boiler is not turning on).
It’s incredible how the checkout report was the most ridiculous fiction I’ve ever seen. Particularly “Phil” and what they deemed worthy of taking our deposit for. Had a professional clean yet somehow was finding nanoparticles of dust on door handles, left the place better than what we were given but obviously they don’t care.
Managed to get all the deposit back through the DPS, because the proof they had for all the claims were a farce. Hope it was worth the time, I’ll spend much of my life making sure REA’s like these don’t steal from people renting :)
For anyone in the future, fight everything through DPS. They are incredibly fair and don’t treat you like scum of the earth- 6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We were delighted with the service we received from the Wallingford branch of Thomas Merrifield. After meeting with several estate agents, it was clear that Luke was the right person to handle our sale. He quickly understood the property, set out a clear strategy, and impressed us with his honesty, flexibility, and ambition.
Communication was excellent throughout, with Luke always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Tiffany was also a pleasure to work with, helping with viewings and queries, while Mark provided great support whenever Luke was away.
We accepted an offer within days, and despite a few inevitable hurdles before completion, the process was smooth overall thanks to Luke and the team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Merrifield to anyone looking to move in the area. 
7th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it.
A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants.
The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally.
It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. We would highly recommend them—and especially Ellen—to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive letting experience.
