14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)What an awful experience I’ve had with Mr Homes. Although the team was initially efficient in finding a tenant and completing the referencing, everything that followed was deeply disappointing. Communication after the contract was signed became appalling, and the agents demonstrated a clear lack of competence regarding the bond protection process.<br><br>It took the agent 11 days to provide me with a copy of the contract, despite repeated requests. This delay meant the bond protection had to be completed at the last minute. Instead of acknowledging their own failure to supply the required information, they sent me a threatening, legally?worded email, which was entirely inappropriate given the circumstances.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue. It became apparently that the agent simply could not understand how the bond protection process works, so the CEO became involved.<br><br>Unfortunately, the CEO’s involvement made matters worse. He spoke to me on the phone in a patronising, condescending and dismissive manner, clearly assuming I was ignorant of the process and showing no awareness of the events leading up to his involvement.<br><br>While the agent’s mistakes could be attributed to inadequate training, the CEO’s prejudicial demeanour and belittling tone reflect a deeper cultural problem within the organisation, one that cannot be resolved through training alone.<br><br>Update: I have submitted a formal complaint with supporting evidence. The delays referenced in the CEO’s response were caused by the company not providing the tenancy agreement for 11 days post contract execution, despite repeated requests. All statements in this review are supported by email and call logs.

Coordinating a sale from 200 miles away was daunting. However, with their brilliant team by my side, every step of the way, with their knowledge, hard work and positivity, we made it!<br>From great photos, fantastic marketing and days spent in open house, they always went the extra mile to ensure the best service and advice. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . 4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!

It has been on the market less than 4 days and we had an offer SSTC, and accepted. Very quick thank you- 5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)*Donot choose this agent , I am doing this review 3 am in the morning as I am so frustrated and having sleepless nights . As<br>*The tenant was not properly vetted.<br>* Peter Alan failed in their duty of care.<br>* They continued to support the tenant despite repeated breaches of the tenancy agreement.<br>* I have suffered financial loss because of their actions.<br>* No responsible person or assigned to sort out things , I spoke to letting agent , customer service, accountant department and rent department. No one knows how to sort out the issues.
- 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Not happy at all with the service at all I’d made an offer to view a property I was the first person to enquire about it. I then had a phone call on the day of the viewing 2 hours before to say the landlord hadn’t given the keys yet so they would let me know by 12 on that day to say if it’s being rescheduled or not. I had no phone call I had to phone 3 times to get hold of them until eventually answered at 11:59 and said it had to be cancelled bare in mind my viewing was at 1pm that day I’d been told I’d be contacted to view the property and I’d be first in line. I’d not heard anything for a day or so so in total I’d called 15 times over the last 6 days with no answer at all to find out today when they’d finally answered the phone the property has been given to someone else. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I had to call and find out myself and the women on the phone said all I can do is apologise when I’d stated an apology isn’t going to get me the viewing for the house? I’m not happy with this and I will be taking it further as I even mentioned on the phone when she’d cancelled that I’d accept it without a viewing.

From the very beginning, Vicky was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, keeping us updated throughout the whole process and always being available if we had any questions.<br><br>Our property sold on the first viewing, which we were obviously delighted with! The whole process was handled smoothly and communication was great from start to finish.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily recommend Blackbear to anyone thinking of selling their home.

1st Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

They recognised the urgency in our predicament and managed to pull a rabbit out the hat and find us a place to let on show short notice... Unfortunately my buyer pulled out the following day and didn't go through with rental...
