Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.- 6th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
4th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!

Whether that be buying or renting, in my case it was renting. When Shauna introduced herself to me when I enquired in Peter Alan I immediately felt I was in safe hands and could trust her. She was perfect for my journey toward obtaining a rental property. It all ran smoothly to the final conclusion, but I know this was because she handled it all so effortlessly. Answered all my questions and worries. I can’t thank or praise her enough. ????????????

12th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)From the moment that James visited the property, I felt very comfortable. James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. 24th May 2026 (23 days ago)Several no-show viewings. Several communications received for bookings/cancellations which overlapped. Viewing notification received when a non viewing offer was made so had to contact to find out that a booking had to be made to register tge offer on their system. Would have been better to have received this information before hand.- 27th May 2026 (20 days ago)Tracey from the Llanishen office was immensely helpful and diligent in assisting us a a difficult time following the death of my father. She provided us with a Probate valuation of mum’s house and handled the whole process efficiently and very sensitively, particularly around mum, who is still finding her new circumstances difficult.
