18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)First time renting and couldn’t have been any better.<br>Lovely, clean and fully furnished property with a first class service throughout.<br>This was a short term 6 month rental and we were made to feel very welcome……..nothing was too much trouble.<br>Special thanks to Robin D’Arcy:<br>Due to the specific nature of this rental, Robin took up much of the direct involvement and communications. He was very friendly, extremely professional and helpful to a tee. All the other staff mirrored this same level of engagement.

My questions were answered quickly and the whole process of putting the house on the market, having viewings and follow up was handled very efficiently. I am very pleased with all aspects of the service offered. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I recently used the Llantwit Major office for the sale of a property and couldn't have been happier with the service provided.<br><br>Matt and Christine were excellent throughout, making the whole process remarkably straightforward and requiring very little input from me. They were professional, efficient and helpful, keeping everything moving smoothly and taking care of matters without any unnecessary fuss.<br><br>As a landlord, I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and I particularly appreciated Matt's straightforward, no-nonsense approach. No unnecessary sales talk or empty promises, just honest, practical advice and, importantly, doing exactly what he said he would do. Christine was equally excellent, keeping me well informed throughout the sale and ensuring everything progressed smoothly.<br><br>It was exactly the sort of service I had hoped for when choosing an agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt, Christine and the team at the Llantwit Major office to anyone looking to sell their property.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks ??????

9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.

Given the current market constraints would have assumed an agent would at least get back to a potential buyer with a response to their offer……
