After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Tommy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — always professional, friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Bethan has also been fantastic and has been so helpful throughout. They’ve both been a pleasure to deal with and have made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work and support — it’s very much appreciated! ?

They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

Communication was excellent no delays in responding to anything and everything their end was done so quickly, Their presentation skills for the advertising of the property was amazing. No faults at all, would definitely recommend using Louvain and Chloe if you are selling a property,

We viewed a few properties with Kelvin Francis to say the least and every time they were very friendly and helpful. The buying process was great with Mark, he was very proactive and communication was on point, with continuous catch-ups and updates. Could not recommend them enough to others. Thank you for all your help.

They helped us throughout the stressful process and did everything to keep us informed and to get us into our new home with smiles on our faces. 9th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
