20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

19th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.
