Jessica offered all of the information we needed and we didn't even need to ask. As a sales person myself for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Jessica's natural ability to conduct such a positive viewing, provide information with being friendly and welcoming, considering she is new to the business.

15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Webbers from the start were great very transparent on what was achievable but also listen to our thoughts and goals Connor was really good at listening and advising us throughout.<br>When we had to deal with Connor’s colleagues with viewings and phone calls I couldn’t fault there professional manner.<br>We had a fab sales progresser who was always on the end of the phone behind the scenes making sure we had a smooth sale for both parties involved this was a bonus!<br>We have been very lucky with a quick smooth sale and would highly recommend the branch ??

She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

They recommended a conveyancer who was bit dearer than others but was excellent. Olivia really listened to us to understand what we wanted. Thanks team!

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.
16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience. I would never rent through this agency again.<br>Our experience with this letting agency was extremely frustrating from start to finish. We were asked to return our keys before the end of our tenancy agreement, and things only got worse from there.<br>The agency demanded our entire deposit, which we found completely unreasonable. The inventory report was ridiculously petty, with photographs highlighting what appeared to be just TWO cat hairs. It honestly felt as though they were desperately looking for any excuse to justify keeping our money.<br>When we challenged their demands, we received phone calls and were invited to attend the agency in person for a face-to-face discussion. We wanted everything documented in writing, particularly when it involved our deposit. We were not comfortable discussing such an important financial matter without a proper written record.<br>The most disappointing part was their complete lack of transparency. We asked for evidence, invoices and receipts to justify the deductions they were demanding. Instead of providing the documentation requested, they simply stopped responding and disappeared. Apparently, demanding money is easy, but providing evidence to support those demands is another story.<br>The lack of professionalism, transparency and accountability was shocking. Tenants should not have to chase an agency for basic evidence when their hard-earned money is at stake.<br>My advice to anyone considering renting through this agency is to document absolutely everything, keep all communication in writing and take plenty of photographs. Do not assume that an agency will deal with you fairly or communicate properly when a dispute arises.<br>Based on our personal experience, I would absolutely not recommend this agency. A very disappointing experience that has completely destroyed our trust in them.

Stefanie was fantastic throughout the entire process.<br>She was always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and did a great job of keeping communication flowing between all parties. She was friendly, approachable, and professional at all times. While naturally looking after her clients' best interests, she also worked hard to keep discussions open and move the transaction forward smoothly.<br>We would highly recommend Belvoir and especially Stefanie.

I was kept fully communicated with, throughout the process which has resulted in a speedy and seamless house purchase.<br>I am extremely happy and highly recommend Weldons estate agents.

15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Selling your home and biggest asset is such a rollercoaster of emotions that it really helps to have estate agents who you can trust.<br><br>I found the Kingstons team at Melksham to be thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and realistic (but never pessimistic -even when I felt a bit frustrated) about the market. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.
