19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)The experience we have had with Bond Oxborough Phillips and Chloe has been excellent! She has followed up after viewings and ensured any questions which weren't answered at the viewing were answered soon after. She also was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer most questions then and there. In the past I have had an agent (from another EA) tell me this was the first time they had seen the house and they didn't know anything about it, whereas I never had that with Chloe.<br>The cherry on the top for me though is when we were talking about the types of houses we like, she mentioned the few we had seen with her (listing road names) all had a particular style (more old houses rather than newer build generally). I know there will be a file with the houses we've seen and so it will be relatively easy to check, but it was a really nice touch for us!

Our sale and purchase both suffered loss of chain issues, but the team kept things moving until we reached the positive outcome we are very pleased with. Special mentions to Sophie, who was our main contact when placing our home on the market, Jake who kept things moving throughout, and Val who progressed the chain towards exchange and completion. We are very happy to recommend Webbers as a trusted Estate Agents in North Devon.

The sale wasn't straightforward thanks to some family complications but they handled it all with confidence & professionalism. Paul & Natalie in particular were very pleasant to deal with. Their marketing, video & photography was well done & helped secure a sale at the right price in very good time, so I'm a very happy client. If I were ever buying or selling a property in the area again, I know who I'd go to first.

I sought advice on my options i.e. staying, selling refurbished or selling unfurbished and the consequences of each decision. I found them candid and clear and never pushed me to any decision.<br><br>I returned to Hunters when I decided to sell, having done the work and found a house I liked. They were very quick to help me market my house whilst finishing some final jobs.<br>The negotiations on sale and purchase were conducted by Hunters as each property was being offered through the same agency..<br>Throughout the process they were responsive to calls, emails and office visits. I always received quick replies and clear instructions. They were great at coordinating all the people involved and amenable to our requests.<br><br>The whole experience was great, all the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. My friend was right to have recommended them to me!

22nd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Best estate agents we've ever dealt with!<br><br>We cannot recommend Coast & Country highly enough, and in particular Callum who was absolutely brilliant throughout.<br><br>We had the misfortune of two sales falling through (through no fault of coast & country), but the team worked effortlessly to get us a new buyer, usually within a week or two! After our agreed sale, Callum kept in contact weekly to update us on how the chain was progressing which gave us so much reassurance.<br><br>From start to finish the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely cared. The fact that Zoe and Charlotte took the time to familarise themselves with our property before commencing viewings was a professional and personal touch we had not had before. We also viewed a few properties to purchase with them as well and they were also brilliant.<br>Darren was also excellent from the initial appraisal through to handing our keys over on completion.<br><br>After a bad experience with a different agency, Coast & Country restored our faith and trust in estate agents. If you want agents who actually work for you and care, use Coast & Country.<br><br>We would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to friends.
21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Kingstons sold our house, completing in August 2026, having initially marketed the property in March.<br><br>Callum was a pleasure to deal with during the initial valuation, and was very happy to answer all of my questions. The photos subsequently taken & the video produced - including aerial drone footage - were outstanding & the presentation of the property was fantastic.<br><br>Viewings were handled professionally, and communications around viewings & offers were clear & easy. The house sold within two working days. Kingstons were also able to recommend a local solicitor, who was wonderful through the whole process.<br><br>The whole team, but Chloe in particular, were amazing during the final weeks before exchange when things became more complicated due to some issues with our buyers' solicitor. Their dedication in always being there to answer our questions and liaise with our buyers was hugely appreciated. Without Kingstons' professionalism there's every chance our chain would have broken.<br><br>Huge thanks to Chloe, Callum, Izzy & everyone we dealt with during our sale. We've left the area, so unfortunately won't be able to use them for future moves, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
