4th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Our attitude about estate agents prior to meeting Nick and his team was very negative , “Money for old rope” “they just take a few pictures and do nothing else”. HOW WRONG WERE WE. Nick and his team were amazing throughout the process and we are recommending everyone we speak to that if they ever want to sell a property then they should go to Nick Griffith. Their attention to detail and onboarding process is fair, transparent and friendly. Throughout the viewing process they were honest, fair, respectful, tenacious, courteous but also salesy when needed to get the job done. During contract stage - they were just WOW. Chasing everything through, liaising with all parties and really working the chain to achieve success, well done all at Nick Griffith. These guys certainly earn their money and certainly are a firm to deal with in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We feel lucky to have met Nick and the team and we owe them a big thank you as we are writing this review sat in our new home (also bought through Nick) loving life!

They provided clear guidance throughout the entire process and kept me updated at every stage, making everything smooth and completely stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service—they genuinely go above and beyond for their clients. We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

Kamerron took some amazing photos of the bungalow and they both kept me informed of every viewing with detailed feedback and brilliantly negotiated the sale, so both parties were happy. It completed with no problems and I just hope they are both still working there when I put my house on the market as I would not trust anyone else to look after me to such a high standard. 21st May 2026 (24 days ago)Mayfair Town & Country inserted themselves into an active legal dispute despite having had no substantive involvement whatsoever in the management of the property, the handling of repairs, repeated reports of water ingress, mould, septic issues or the wider tenancy failures giving rise to the matter. Their involvement had effectively ended many months earlier when the tenancy concluded and the deposit was returned, yet Meg King nevertheless sought access to correspondence and evidence entirely outside the scope of any legitimate authority Mayfair possessed. More remarkably, there was even an unnecessary suggestion that a guarantor — wholly unrelated to the disrepair issues being raised — might somehow be contacted. No proper explanation for the relevance of this was ever given because there plainly was none. When challenged, Anna Tucker’s response amounted to little more than an attempt to retrospectively justify Mayfair’s involvement on the basis they had once arranged the tenancy and protected the deposit. That conveniently ignored the obvious fact that this conferred no continuing authority to involve themselves in an ongoing dispute centred on long-standing management and compliance failures entirely outside their remit. Taken as a whole, the conduct came across as intrusive, heavy-handed and opportunistic. Rather than helping resolve matters, Mayfair’s sudden appearance simply reinforced the impression of a reactive and disorganised approach by those connected to the estate’s management. A thoroughly unprofessional experience.!!

27th May 2026 (18 days ago)When we were buying our house in Washford, Wlikie May & Tuckwood were the agent for the seller. Unfortunately, our sale was riddled with problems which held up the purchase, turning it into a stop-start process for nine frustrating months. But, Wilkie May & Tuckwood's perfect understanding of our difficulties and their highly professional help in solving them, was exemplary. We did not know that estate agents could be as good as Wilkie May & Tuckwood are. Huge thanks go to Justin, Ellie and Faye at Wilkie May & Tuckwood in Watchet.

He has been professional and fantastic in communication throughout our house buying and selling process. Callum and his team exceeded our expectations by managing to sell our home as soon as it went into their hands! It has been a smooth process and Callum has reassured and provided guidance at each step we progressed. No phone call felt rushed and the team were always kind. We would thoroughly recommend this estate agent for your selling needs.

So much so that they even kept us up to date with the situation of the house that we were purchasing, as the other agents were horrendous. I would 100% recommend them to anybody thinking of selling or buying a property. Thank you to the whole team at Gino's...keep doing what you're doing!

Left us standing in the heat for 30mins with no explanation. Unprofessional!! We drove all the way from southampton.

3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Jacqueline at McFarlane has been looking after my property interests for many years now. The time has come to sell my rental property (due to my ill health). She has a difficult job managing my expectations, the tenant and the contractors. She has demonstrated reliability and persistence. Moreover she has been respectful, efficient and reliable occasionally in difficult circumstances. I would have given 5 stars if I was reviewing Jacqueline alone, however this review is of the service as a whole and some of the contractors have disappointed the tenant.
