She always took the time to explain things clearly, provided valuable guidance and regularly went above and beyond what we would reasonably have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Carly’s excellent communication, professionalism and willingness to help made a significant difference to us. Having experienced both estate agents involved in our sale and purchase, we can honestly say that our experience with Moon and Co was 10 out of 10.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Moon and Co to friends and family.<br>If we ever find ourselves buying or selling a property again, we would be very happy to use their services.<br><br>A huge thank you to Carly for all her hard work, assistance and support. Cameron who initially showed us the property was great and the viewing experience probably contributed to how we like the house.<br>Julie who progressed our sale was very helpful throughout we weekly/ twice weekly calls to keep us up to date with what was happening and pushing the ever slow solicitors.

They were very good at keeping us updated with the current situation. Once the sale was agreed Lorraine was in contact at least weekly to keep us informed with what was happening. 5th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We bought a property that was marketed and being sold by Connells Torquay. For backstory, we sold a property with Taylor’s who had excellent communication, weekly updates, a very active sales progression worker and so our experience with Connells was unfortunately the stark opposite. Some positives to begin with- we were very welcome to have as many viewings on the property we bought, we never felt rushed and never felt like we were an inconvenience. Lauren and Harrison were pleasant, they were knowledgeable and they were friendly. The negatives- trying to get hold of anyone is so hard. Normally at least 8 calls to get through to the Torquay branch. This was also mentioned by our selling agent (she mentioned difficulty and sometimes inability to get through to/contacting Connells). We were told that they would do something a number of times but never did (e.g return a call on a specific day and then not, said they’d chase up a question with the seller but never did or certainly not tell us the outcome if they did). We never had any updates on the progression of our purchase, not once were we contacted by anyone to give us any updates, whereas our selling agent would be communicating between us, and our buyer once a week without fail. Perhaps most concerningly, I believe we were potentially given the wrong keys on completion date. We were handed two sets of keys and none of them opened the front or rear doors. Fortunately there was a key safe and we were planning to change all of the keys anyway. But it’s concerning if we were given keys to someone else’s property. Connells please get in touch to arrange collection of these keys if they do belong to another property and you need them back. We did not sell a property with Connells Torquay, but we would actively avoid selling or buying from Connells in the future based on comparing directly our experience with Taylor’s sales progression vs Connells sales progression.

Their help and guidance have made our move to a rental property an easy transition. I would highly recommend Boyce Brixham.

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

We absolutely love our new place, and Bradley made the entire tenancy process incredibly straightforward. He was completely on top of things from day one and a total pleasure to deal with. He kept us updated every step of the way and transparent about what was needed and expected. Everything went perfectly on the day we moved in, and we are just so thankful for how much pressure he took off us. Thank you again ??.

The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.
