Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!
13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Absolutely awful. Delayed necessary maintenance by weeks because their preferred contractor (someone's dad) was under the weather. Ended up locked out of our bathroom and needing an emergency locksmith to dismantle the disintegrating handle.
9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Awful lettings. Will never go with them again and recommend no-one else does either. They do not get anything done that needs doing around the home despite mentioning it several times during inspections and in emails. Never got to use the garden the whole time we were there. Upstairs had terrible mould and they didn't care. Avoid!!!!!!

Once our property was on the market we were kept updated on a regular basis by Dan. I can't fault the service we received from Beales and would definitely recommend them.

18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We let our latest property through fox and sons and I cannot recommend them enough, the entire process was made so simple and hassle free all the way until we picked up the keys, McKenzie from fox and sons was the best lettings agent I have come across he communicated so well and was patient with us. My partner being heavily pregnant at the time needed more time to decide if it was the right rental for us and he couldn’t have been more helpful with this part. If you are looking for a great lettings company definitely fox and sons and if I buy or let again I will be choosing them. McKenzie you go above and beyond and it really shows in your work ethic, great guy and great agent.
3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

I felt my home was safe in their hands for house viewings. There was always someone available to talk to if I had any questions and they kept me up to date at each stage. Excellent service.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing.<br><br>I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye."<br><br>As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

He persuaded me to sell through fox and sons and has helped me whenever I’ve needed it during the sale. I cannot recommend him enough, he always seems happy and has a smile on his face and makes you feel so very important.
