I also like the balance between face-to-face service at the local branch and wider customer support. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

Around £400 was deducted from my rental income for a replacement washing machine. I was later told that the replacement had been agreed by the previous owner before I purchased the property, but the cost was nevertheless deducted from my rental income without informing me or obtaining my approval.<br><br>When I asked for basic details about when it was approved, who authorised it and the relevant invoice/order information, I struggled to get a clear answer.<br><br>What concerns me most is not the £400 itself, but the lack of communication and accountability. I chose a fully managed service because I expected professional management and clear communication, but instead I have had to repeatedly chase them for answers.<br><br>I have now submitted a formal complaint, but the whole experience has seriously damaged my confidence and trust in their management service.<br><br>Landlords should think carefully before handing over management of their property to this company.

Lee (sales manager) was professional, supportive and very efficient. He helped to nudge the buyers solicitors along to make sure everything went smoothly. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Lee and the Cosgroves team for property lettings and sales.

However, my tenancy has now concluded, and we are currently addressing the process for the refund of my security deposit. There has been minimal, and I would even venture to say no, communication regarding this matter. Therefore, this lack of communication is the sole negative feedback I would provide concerning this letting agency.

He persuaded me to sell through fox and sons and has helped me whenever I’ve needed it during the sale. I cannot recommend him enough, he always seems happy and has a smile on his face and makes you feel so very important. Highly recommend Charlie to be the next Manager as he keeps the Southsea office going regardless!!
