He never made me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. As a first time buyer, I was incredibly nervous but this experience has been very positive for me with the help of great estate agent!!! I was kept updated every step of the way and Matt even proactively chased the solicitors to keep things moving. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you soooo much ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

It was difficult for me, as I live about 20 miles away, and there was much work needed in the flat, and (now over 80) I was needed good advice as to how to bring the property to a sellable state.<br>And the helpful advice continued when the property was ready to be sold. They handled viewings for me, and had a reliable process for letting tradespeople in for essential work (of which much was needed). In this difficult market, when a buyer pulled out they were quickly back working for me again. Thank you to Eddie, Brenda, Amy and Molly for always being a hard working, helpful pleasant and effective team and enabling me to get on with the rest of my life!
