The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

5th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

After a very long and stressful journey trying to sell our home with another agent, we feel it was Bradley's tenacity and attention to detail that finally got this sale over the line. He showed great patience with us and was understanding of the stress we were feeling. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

What stood out for us was not just his professionalism and clear advice, but the fact that he brought humour and lightness to what can be a very stressful process. It made the whole journey feel far more manageable. Almost relaxed even.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout — Mike kept us updated at every stage, was quick to respond to questions, and took time to explain the legal steps in plain English.
