Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we had an offer and we have been singing their praises. Please do give them a ring you will be looked after from day one.

15th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)We used bracketts for our level 3 RICS survey on a house purchase recently. I dont often leave reviews, but this was exceptional! The work was incredibly thorough. The write-up was incredibly clear, with non-technical explanations and path forward with repair suggestions. We then had a followup call after reading to clarify even more. It’s a nerve wracking scenario buying a 140 year old property, but I do believe the work done by bracketts is great and I have high confidence in the survey. Thank you

9th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them. Would highly recommend them.

Despite the difficult market conditions for sellers right now, Lauren has an absolute knack for selling properties quickly and even off-market, for a great price, before other agents would have even got going. As someone that has worked in the property industry for 20 years, I have been shocked at how quickly she sold our property, as well as the great sale price she achieved, for not only us but also one of our neighbours in a seperate sale. I really didn't think traditional high street agencies could or would be so creative and work to such a high level but Lauren clearly brings skills that she has acquired from other industries and uses them to full effect when placing buyers with properties. The result... she knocks socks off. And Despite being a killer saleswoman, you wouldn't know it from speaking with her, she's super nice, quick to build trust and confidence and doesn't cut corners later with the after sales/sales progression like a lot of top sellers often do. I've already told her, not only would we use her again on any property matters, regardless of what agency she represented at the time, but I would even employ her in our agency in a heartbeat if given the chance! Thanks again Lauren, you're a superstar.

Their knowledge and understanding of the property market in Southborough and Tunbridge Wells was obvious, their guidance on pricing was spot on, and their support in progressing our sale was invaluable. Natalie and Bradley kept us informed throughout with clear and prompt communication. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.
