Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.

A special mention to Hassen, who I worked with from start to end of the process, and who was friendly, communicative, responsive, honest, positive and super upbeat throughout. 5th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Where do I even start with Eddy, Chris and George These guys have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They sold our house TWICE! The first buyers pulled out after 10weeks of being sold because they decided they wanted the house for a lot less, which could have completely derailed our plans and potentially cost us our dream home. But Eddy and the team didn’t mess about — they got straight back on it, gave us loads of advice, kept us positive and managed to get our house sold again incredibly quickly. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just care about selling our house and taking their fee. They genuinely cared about getting our whole move over the line. They gave us loads of advice and help with the house we were buying too, even though it was being sold through another estate agent! That says everything about the sort of people they are. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always there when we needed advice, always straight with us, and they went above and beyond when we really needed them to. If you want an estate agent who actually cares, knows what they’re doing and will fight your corner, look no further. Eddy, Chris and George — you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Thank you for helping us get our house sold and into our dream home! If I ever sell a house again, I already know exactly who I’m calling. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

I never had to chase for updates as he was always on the ball and kept in close contact. He was very helpful and supportive throughout, and I really appreciated all his help.

Isobel Howard deserves a special mention for her personal attention from the time of viewing all the way through to completion. She answered any questions I had, diligently seeking out the answers to any she didn’t know. I was a nervous (first time on my own) buyer and she provided explanations and assurances along the way to get me over the line. She also had a good relationship with the solicitors and seller, so was able to chase up where necessary. If she wasn’t available, like when a wanted an extra viewing, other members of the team stepped in and were equally kind and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, but particularly Isobel, who was very client-focused, including being by my side to understand and complete some of the online documents, as the solicitor’s operation was paper-free and consequently, all online.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

He really helped us get through this house moving process with less stress than we would otherwise have experienced. We would highly recommend Alex Harvey as an outstanding, professional estate agent.
13th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sawyer & Co on a purchase in Brighton. Our main point of contact was Bob Beaken, and communication throughout was poor - basic management pack queries went unchased for weeks, information was mixed and kept changing, and updates were inconsistent.<br><br>The low point came when, after a brief and entirely reasonable visit to discuss timings with the seller, I received a call from Bob lecturing me about the visit rather than helping resolve the underlying delays that had caused the frustration in the first place. The seller withdrew from the sale shortly afterwards, at which point I'd have expected a competent, professional agent to be working to keep the sale together rather than adding friction to an already stressed situation.<br><br>We had cash in hand and were ready to proceed quickly. The lack of proactive, professional handling from this agency made an already difficult process worse. Can't recommend

A special thank you to Lulu, whose cheerful and energetic personality made such a great impression from the very beginning. She was incredibly helpful, approachable and supportive in guiding us through.<br>Also, a big thank you to Michael on the mortgage side. His support and professionalism were fantastic throughout.<br>I still remember telling them on the day of visit to Lewse Road branch, “I wish I had visited you first!” That really sums up how impressed I was with the team.<br>I would definitely recommend the amazing team at King and Chasemore to anyone looking to buy a property.<br><br>Thank you, Lulu, Michael and the whole team! ??????
