26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I have tried to purchase 2 properties through Freeman Foreman and will never go to them again. They do not appear to value or want to work with buyers. The first time they didnt bother to turn up to a viewing and the second time where very dismissive of an offer i put forward, saying when i had on offer on my property to come back ... but in a dismissive efficiace way. I thought estate agents were meant to work for buys and sellers to get the best deal for their seller ... not upset buyers so they walk away from the agency!- 22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Great service and we found a property very quickly. They were also highly skilled negotiators, securing a very good outcome while keeping the process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and consistent at every stage, and I always felt confident that my sale was being handled with great care and expertise. This would not have been so easy and tomdo,without the help of Maria Meddings. She was helpful, friendly and kind at such a worrying time. Her professionalism was reassuring to me, it gave me every confidence during such a stressful period. The fact that I live in Australia made things a little stressful time wise, but nothing was too much trouble for Maria.

They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

They handled all of the viewings and photos professionally whilst providing expert advice throughout. It can be difficult to deal with Shared Ownership properties, but Caroline & team made the sale as smooth as we could have hoped for. Thanks for all your help.

He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured at all. He answered all my questions (even the basic ones!) and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative. As a first-time buyer, that made a big difference. Would definitely recommend if you’re new to the process and want someone approachable and helpful ??????

They were professional, approachable, and had excellent knowledge of the property, which made the viewing very informative.
