I visited a property this evening listed as “A SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM FIRST FLOOR SPLIT LEVEL FLAT“, no photos, no floor-plan. I asked for photos and was told “the photographer is on holiday” despite this being an older listing, reduced in price a week ago. Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents....
