   I dealt with Druce Marylebone while looking for a flat, and one of their staff members, Amber, was class. What really stood out was that she kept trying to find me the right place and stayed in touch throughout. With some other agencies, after a week you don’t hear much back, but Amber genuinely made the effort. She was professional, always on time, and reliable.    I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates.     What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be.     Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration.     Updated: Stop asking people to 'raise a ticket'.<br><br>We are customers of businesses at the facility you are supposed to be managing. We are not going to 'raise' anything.<br><br>Get your management person or people working and stop trying to hide behind bureaucracy in order to avoid your responsibilities.<br><br>If you do not address this situation in a now timely fashion, we are going to report regus to Westminster City Council Health and Safety at https://www.westminster.gov.uk/businesses/health-and-safety-work.<br><br>Stop attempting to avoid this issue and get it fixed. NOW.<br><br>ORIGINAL REVIEW:<br><br>Poorly maintained facility.<br><br>The air conditioning in the venue is either incapacitated or non-existent. Either way, this requires tutors run portable units at all times which interferes with lecture audio on quieter units.<br><br>The toilets are terrible. Almost none of the stairwell toilets ever seem to be in order and accessible except for one. Actual floor toilets are disgusting; the male toilets are almost unusable with feces on the porcelain and in some cases on the seats.<br><br>Individual rooms are more or less clean but considering the overall state of the venue against the cost this is not much of an incentive to return....
