2nd Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

We were consistently updated on our flat and reassured throughout. Rowan provided us with the essential criteria needed to make the transition as smooth as possible for us. Would highly recommend!!

13th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)I went in t get a key cut from a lock i had just bought for 10 pounds at screw fix and they said it would be 15 pounds I said how come you charge so much they said " because we can" THEY are taking advantage of people the blanks on ebay you can get 5 for 5 pounds
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers
10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.
17th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I was informed that my offer was accepted via WhatsApp from Chante, and was told they would take off the listing online for me. I was also never asked for a holding deposit which is usually the way to handle an accepted offer, so I thought it was very strange that they told me the listing would be taken down. When I asked for any updates, I would be left with “I’ll call you in 10” but was never called and left with no response. I called the office multiple times and hung up on multiple times. When I shared my frustration with their manager, Pavlo, they were confused why I was under the impression that I had the flat bc in their records show there was no offer accepted. Never received an apology. Only excuses as to why Chante was responding the way she did. Unprofessional and very unresponsive company. I can only imagine what it might be like as a tenant with any concerns if they’re like this from the beginning.

25th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I can’t praise this estate agency too highly. From the very start the whole team was positive and proactive. They obtained a good price for the sale our property and arranged a large number of high-quality viewings that resulted in sale in a relatively short period of time. Where Callum and his team really delivered was after the sale had been agreed – making sure that nothing derailed the process before exchange. This is where the real value of an estate agent shows – and they were terrific. All estate agents are not the same – and Marsh & Parsons, Queens Park proves it.

7th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Lowthers Estate Agents highly enough! Richard has been absolutely amazing in helping our daughter buy her first flat. He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!
10th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

21st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Whilst many other estate agents are full of hot air, patronising and have no clue what they are doing, Jo and her team stand out from the crowd by being genuine, friendly, easily contactable and really good at their jobs. No overpromising or under delivering, Hestia’s know the business in and out and we felt in safe hands. They have a great eye for property and their photography is on point. We would happily buy or sell with Hestia’s again.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
