They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. Fraser Wood is one of those rare companies so we highly recommend them.
15th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

23rd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We recently purchased a property with Doolittle & Dally Kidderminster branch and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the service we received.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, the team provided exceptional support, guidance and communication. In fact, we had more contact and assistance from Doolittle & Dally than from our own estate agents. Their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference.<br><br>Despite our many questions, phone calls and visits for advice, Lisa, Holly, Louise, Sara and Kristina were always patient, friendly, helpful and professional. They supported us from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to you all for everything you did for us. We hope you enjoyed the flowers — they were very well deserved!<br><br>We would highly recommend Doolittle & Dally to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring support. 10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently moved in to a property let by Dixons, Edgbaston branch. Rent is £950 per month. Upon moving in, we had no working fridge/freezer for 4 months. It had last been PAT tested in 2017. Fridge was connected to the supply through a hole in the wall, which is quite clearly not legit.<br>Landlords were not sorting issues, and we had essentially been let an unsafe, unchecked flat, with a knackered fridge/freezer. Landlords had stored it in an internal cupboard to hide extent of the damage.<br>Went in branch to discuss with Dixons. They said we were on our own. All they do is let the property, and then will have nothing to do with any issues...<br>But you rented this property to us, declaring it was ready to move in? The kitchen tiles are cracked, cupboards hanging off walls and we're left to deal with the disruption of repairs etc.<br>They'll rush you in, take your money, and leave you in a flat that's quite clearly unsafe and needed fixing before new tenants moved in. Would not use again and will definitely not be recommending to anyone.
13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, very poor customer service. I accidentally got the date of my viewing mixed up and missed the appointment. I accept responsibility for this and was more than happy to apologise and rearrange.<br>However, an hour later I received a call from the estate agent informing me that I had missed the appointment. The way I was spoken to was extremely rude and the agent actually hung up on me.<br>I then called the office myself to apologise and see if the viewing could be rearranged. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was also very rude and told me that I had “wasted their time”.<br>I completely understand that missing an appointment is inconvenient and I accept my mistake. However, there is a professional way to deal with customers, and I found the attitude of both staff members completely unacceptable.<br>I was genuinely interested in the property, but after this experience I would not use this estate agent and would not recommend them.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)My experience with Northwood Birmingham has been disappointing and frustrating.<br><br>?Communication is consistently poor. Emails and phone calls go ignored, and getting a response requires chasing them repeatedly for weeks. It feels completely unprofessional, especially when you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness in return.<br><br>?More importantly, their property management standards are unacceptable.<br><br>After the tenants moved out, the property was left in a miserable condition. As a landlord paying for management, you expect your property to be looked after, but Northwood fell far short.<br><br>?I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their customer service and inspection standards.

The communication throughout the process was excellent—always clear, prompt, and reassuring. Buying a home can be stressful, but the team made everything feel as smooth as possible.<br><br>A special thank you to David and Sam, who were both fantastic throughout. Their professionalism, support, and regular updates made a real difference, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br><br>Thank you again to the whole team. 24th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

31st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I've had a great experience with Leighton Paul and it's promising to have a good synergy with the team who are reliable and professional.<br><br>If one member of the team is away, it's reassuring when another member of the team steps in to handle the case, I've had an exceptional experience over the years from finding tenants, carrying out checks, dealing with dispute resolution.<br><br>I've had good communication with all of the team Including Richard, Luke, Rebecca and Simi and Martin over the years and would highly recommend and can't fault them. ????????????

I WAS SO WRONG!<br><br>After having a sale fall through with another agent just before Christmas, I decided to take a break before putting the house back on the market. That’s when I instructed Fran and Nicky, and the difference was incredible.<br><br>The service was genuinely above and beyond and completely the opposite of my previous experience.<br><br>Communication was exceptional from start to finish. I never felt like my house was simply another property on their books. They were completely invested in selling it and, just as importantly, once we had a buyer, making sure the sale actually made it through to completion.<br><br>They were always one step ahead, anticipating potential issues before they became problems. I also know they worked just as hard with my buyer as they did with me, making sure we both felt completely supported throughout the process and that everything kept moving.<br><br>After being empty and on the market for nearly 12 months, Fran and Nicky relisted my house and we sold and completed within five months.<br><br>To say I would recommend Fran and Nicky doesn’t really do their service justice. What they offer is completely different to anything I had experienced before. They genuinely care about the outcome, take responsibility for the whole process and are there with you right through to completion.<br><br>Selling a house can be one of the most stressful things you go through, and having this level of communication, commitment and support is invaluable.<br><br>If you are considering selling your home, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My rental application was not a straight forward one, and the overall application was unorthodox from my end.<br>Wards worked with me to help me to get my referencing checks sorted, even speaking to them on my behalf.<br>They then also spoke to the landlord directly and I get the keys to the property later this month.<br>All staff have been polite and more than willing to answer any questions.<br>A special shoutout to Caroline who has gone above and beyond to show me the property, answer any questions and deal with any queries or hold ups on my behalf to make this process a smooth and as stress free as possible.<br>The best letting agents I’ve dealt with and I would definitely recommend them ??????
