Had sent all Documentation across and as I didn’t reply for 2 days due to some business issues I was attending to. Accused me directly to the vendor of wanting to use it for an alternative use what made absolutely no sense. Extremely unprofessional branch. Would not let with them use someone else locally!

25th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Just know if you rent with them, your life will be difficult if you need help. This place does not care about you as a person and your needs at all. Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.

29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.

It wasn’t the easiest sale to get over the line, with it falling through a few times, but James, Sophie, Natalie and Sarah were brilliant throughout and always so supportive.<br>They managed to resell our house twice in less than 48 hours, which was amazing! We really appreciate all their hard work, communication and support. Would definitely recommend them! ??
24th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

Mike set up a WhatsApp group and enabled us to get in touch with our questions and Mike and Sian did a great job following up various parties within the chain and tying things together. The whole Team was fantastic including Fran, Nicola and Laura.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We were kept in close contact with Fran who was extremely responsive, proactive and always on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. When the solicitors were not very good at communicating Xchange really helped bridge that gap and do chasing on our behalf, which was massively appreciated too. Would definitely recommend
