They kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Their effort and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued as a buyer.<br><br>I would not hesitate to use Paul Carr again and, more importantly, they would be my first choice if I was selling a property. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional.<br><br>Every member of the team has been friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. 15th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We have just ended our tenancy in Castle Donington to buy our own home.<br>We have had great service from Cottons, and the landlord was excellent. The house was pristine (the way we returned it too) , he was very responsive to any of the minor repairs that needed to be complete during our tenancy, I'd highly rate 72 Station Road, if you are thinking of renting it!<br>We dealt with Charlotte for the check out inspection and she was very helpful, arrived from Birmingham on time and was bubbly and enthusiastic.<br><br>thanks all.

26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have purchased two properties through this estate agent (with one purchase still ongoing) and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing!<br>Communication within the office staff has been very poor, and it often felt like staff were not communicating with each other. When our solicitors experienced delays, we were repeatedly threatened that the properties ( both of them) would be put back on the market, despite this never actually happening! This created unnecessary stress during an already demanding process.<br><br>In addition, both surveying companies we used commented on the difficulties they had communicating with this estate agent, which suggests our experience was not an isolated one.<br><br>While we appreciate that an estate agent acts on behalf of the seller, we felt there was very little effort to facilitate the process for the buyer or keep everyone informed. Overall, the lack of communication and the way issues were handled made what should have been an exciting experience far more frustrating than it needed to be.

1st Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Jones and associates are professional estate agents who sold my home . We met Jason when he came to valve our home he made us feel that selling it would be top priority. A wattsapp group was set up to keep in contact with them within 2weeks and a lot of work my house had sold. The photographer who took the pictures was very professional when taking the pictures and presented a perfect set of photos .If I needed to know anything I only had to write on wattsapp and it was quickly answered . They also provided an after sales person who communicated with both parties solicitors. I would definitely recommend this estate agents to ensure that you get a very professional service and a stress free experience when selling your home
