He was professional, approachable and incredibly responsive throughout the whole rental process. Everything was explained clearly, and whenever I had a question or needed help, Bradlee was quick to respond and make sure everything was sorted.

We do not live locally and they made it incredibly smooth and easy and kept us updated with progress throughout. They gave us advise on suitable tenants using thier experience, which was much appreciated. It was a pleasure to deal with them….five star service.- 4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Rebekah and Natalie are excellent letting agents of Connells. There were responsive, clear throughout the process and got us into the house with zero hassle. They made the whole renting process smooth and stress free. Very highly recommended. 10/10.

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Properties I think are just listed for Rightmove to sell for them. No actual marketing, investigations into anything else the property had to offer. Main selling point not pushed. Imperative if you have a difficult property to sell. Photos extremely poor. Did property no justice. Three attempts to get particulars sorted. In the end gave up and just signed up, didn’t want to waste anymore time. Backfired as no interest.

Throughout the whole process she was helpful, supportive and easy to talk to. Giving detailed feedback on viewings, useful tips and putting in a considerable amount of effort to ensure the sale went through with her kind and cheerful manner, always returning calls promptly. Due to Sarah the stressful process of selling our old family home was made so much easier.

They have genuinely gone above and beyond to make our house move as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Throughout the process, Arden have been incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. They have kept us updated, chased things when needed and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Moving house can be an incredibly stressful experience, but having such a supportive and committed team made such a difference.<br><br>It’s clear that Arden really care about their clients and take pride in making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
