11th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE- 11th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Caroline and the team more. I recently completed on the sale of my house, they made the process completely streamline. They sold my house in just over a week of it going on the market. Every member of the team that I spoke to was so friendly and efficient. Really appreciate all their help.

10th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)1 star because I cannot review lower.<br>Cumulatively hours left on hold, multiple separate requests for a viewing to a property which were ignored over the span of 2-3 weeks. The property in question was then let out due to the landlord progressing with another party- as is their right, but even still, there was an easy chance to go for a viewing in those 3 weeks before that happened.<br>The application process demands too much information which is simply not relevant to the viewing, the staff are unhelpful and the website is utter rubbish.

They never made unrealistic promises or gave false hope. Instead, they were always honest, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They answered every question promptly and always let me know the outcome of each application, even when it was unsuccessful. I truly appreciated their clear communication and honesty.<br><br>They were also incredibly friendly, positive, and supportive. They guided me through every step of the renting process, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, I found a home in less than three weeks. I had only three viewings, and my application for the third property was successful.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Although I had a few headaches with the references, the team and their system were excellent. Even after I moved in, the maintenance team responded quickly and did a great job. Thank you all for the great service!
