Chris and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process, always ensuring my requirements were met when selling my property. Mine certainly wasn’t the easiest of sales, as I was in the process of buying the freehold, but the team handled everything professionally and kept matters under control from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all the effort, support, and hard work they put in along the way. A fantastic experience with the Four Oaks team — highly recommended. They were professional, supportive, and always kept me updated at every stage of the process. Their communication was excellent, and they were always approachable and helpful whenever I had questions. They made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable. I really appreciate all their hard work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly amazing.
8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m not sure how they’ve had my review removed concerning 10 swan street. I lived there for 18 months, the bedroom ceiling was thick with black, dripping wet mould. I left the house to which they kept my deposit despite the circumstances they had me living in. I can now see its up for sale with pictures showing they’ve attempted to paint over the mould which you can still see. Jackie had a terrible attitude and any issues with the property they werent interested in.

Andrew and Chloe kept me informed of the progress, attended viewings with me and seamlessly made sure all the legal side of renting was covered for me. 27th May 2026 (17 days ago)HOLLAND BROADBRIDGE in general and CHARLOTTE JONES in particular are highly recommended ! Every staff member involved with our property sale has been absolutely superb ! Email responses to/from the team come quickly, phones are answered promptly, advice is offered where necessary. Our property was vacant and viewings were arranged and accompanied by HB. We were notified in advance of each viewing, always by email and often by phone too. We had the opportunity to cancel if inconvenient for any reason. Once we had accepted an offer, our sale was managed by Charlotte Jones. She is exceptional! Charlotte kept me informed sometimes many times a day. She phones, she emails, she chases whoever is blocking progress, she responds to my emails or phones me within minutes of me raising a query, she chases again! Our process was complicated by my conveyancing solicitor (from an online conveyancing firm) being utterly useless. The solicitor made Charlotte's life tough. He literally never answered his phone or emails from the buyer's solicitor or Charlotte. He rarely responded to emails from his paying client (me) and then ignored specific questions I'd asked. Only Charlotte's tenacity in constantly chasing to keep the process moving, and her calm smoothing of waters when my buyer threatened to pull out due to the unnecessary delays caused by my solicitor's absence of timely responses allowed us to make it to completion. I am preparing a very different review for that solicitor !

One thing, they only have one person who could do viewings ( this didn’t matter so much to us because our house sold quickly) but it did mean having to either wait a week for availability or do you own viewings. Despite that , really genuine & kind people working at Abode and felt supported throughout our sale.

They have consistently been friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication has always been clear and reliable, and it’s reassuring to deal with people who truly care about their tenants. I would highly recommend Ben, Jayne, and the team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-organised letting agency.

1st Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.
