It was because of his continuous guidance and support that we were able to feel confident and competent in making scary life decisions! Simon is extremely welcoming and approachable, walking into his office was always reassuring, and we were walked through every step at our own pace, Simon always ensuring we understood each aspect of the decision making process before moving on. Simon was accessible whenever I had any queries, and never made me feel like a question was too silly to ask! Some estate agents I have had do not even show you the properties anymore and stand at the front door waiting for you to leave. Hayley knew the area and knew the people and then sold the life you could have not just bricks and mortar. After being let down by multiple letting agencies and dealing with poor customer service, me and my wife were very grateful to come across Peter James Letting agency. Every interaction was super helpful, informative and they wasted no time whatsoever in making sure they would help us apply and figure out everything we needed to do to move in to our new rental.<br><br>High recommend anyone to go with this service, you will not regret it!

Sadly, I have to mark the overall performance down due to people showing clients around the property disclosing the reserve price of the auction, which should not have been done. I am extremely grateful for Smart Homes communication and due diligence in the process and I must praise Simon. for his dedication and experience of the properties market in the Solihull area.
