Scammers<br><br>This company is such a disappointment and a waste of space in the property industry!<br><br>Big energy, big promises , no follow up and 0 professionalism . Typical behavior !<br><br>They have called me 4 times and bragged how they are introducing this new "Mot" service for properties and how is going to be free for me as I have attended the seminar.<br><br>I booked the appointment, was supposed to be with Ali - someone else turned up. Typical behavior !<br><br>Kept reading off the list and using scare tactics (quite uncomfortable call) and booked the results for next day.<br><br>I returned home for the zoom call at 11.00 :<br>- no zoom call was sent for appointment<br>- i have emailed to check on the appointment, no reply<br>- I have called the office 3 times ,no call back<br>- luckily, I have offered information on only 1 of my properties and with the amount of scams and scammers going around, I worry about the shares information.<br><br>I might be old fashioned, but I hold you accountable on your results and what you do,not on what you promise you will do.<br><br>A bunch of time wasters!<br><br>How you do one thing, is how you do everything!
11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

When we picked up the keys, the house was clean and ready for us. Any small questions we had during our first week were answered right away. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to other renters.

15th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time

He somehow managed to remain calm when I got frustrated with hiccups in the process lower in the chain.<br>Whenever we phoned, it didn't matter which member of the team we spoke to, they were always so helpful and did their best to answer our questions.

Suzanne and her team were highly professional, very responsive, and communicated very quickly and effectively at all stages. A What’sApp group involving me plus all the key staff meant that we all knew what was happening regarding viewings, offers and contract conclusions. The staff is a small, knowledgeable team, and they are clearly all invested in doing the best for their clients.<br>Suzanne understood what was important to us, and this meant her guidance on price and on potential buyers was spot-on.<br>So I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .
