11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Difficult to get hold of, often don’t answer phones or call back when they state they will. Missed viewing opportunities with properties and was unable measure up etc whilst waiting for the sale to complete due to no responses or follow up.

She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

20th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

Very kind, patient & helpful She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none Overall a very positive experience I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people Also sold my previous property in Ossett with Richard Kendall- 9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

The estate agent was extremely helpful, responsive and always kept us informed about what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was great from start to finish, and we always felt well supported throughout the purchase. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated all the help along the way.<br><br>We would definitely recommend!

The whole team were excellent throughout and always gave us confidence that our property would sell. Their knowledge of the local market was clear from day one, and the marketing photos and floor plan looked brilliant. Communication was always prompt, and they kept us fully informed after every viewing. A special mention must go to Emma Ellis, who was incredibly informative, helpful and proactive throughout the process. I would give Emma 10/10 for her support and for helping to drive the sale through to completion. 7th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I have decided to do a follow up review on the back of my wife’s original. DPSH have represented us on 2 occasions and have been excellent both times. Nicole and Sam, supported by Mark, Jack, and Millie, this time round. This latest sale was very stressful due to a 6 month time waster, and the patience and support shown by DPSH was amazing throughout. In fact I find it incredible that the person responsible for messing us about for 6 months has actually put an extremely negative review on here against DPSH. Trust me, some of his detail is laughable, and DPSH did suggest that I relist after 3 months of dealing with this character and I didn’t take their advice - more fool me! Please see the later review of our ACTUAL buyer, which is a glowing report of how DPSH operate. I could really go to town on the poor review but won’t because tbh I can’t be bothered, DPSH did a great job at dealing with a difficult process. - thanks guys.
