Jonny Speight has been incredible and has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. His replies were always prompt and he is just such a genuinely lovely person who is happy to help. Recently he helped guide me through a tricky sale and would call me to check in. This was such a stressful time but Jonny made it easier and more manageable. Adam did the viewings and always gave detailed feedback and was always happy to answer my questions Nathaniel and Leanne so helpful when I needed to know something. This is a brilliant team I would highly recommend them. They are all lovely.<br>I was selling my mums house at the same time as mine. There was no comparison between the two estate agents. George's team is 100% better

They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. Very kind, patient & helpful She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none Overall a very positive experience I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people Also sold my previous property in Ossett with Richard Kendall- 9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

8th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Amazing service from Adam and the team! Within around 48 hours of raising an enquiry, Adam came around to value the house. He was honest, professional and timely. Shortly after, he then came around to take pictures/measurements of the house and again was professional and warm. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.<br><br>When selling the house, we were communicating with Jess who was just as great! Her responses was prompt and she always kept us in the loop. After a blip where the initial sale fell through, she and the team were prompt in getting the house back on the market ready for viewings.<br><br>Protheroe Property made our move seamless and alleviated some of the stress. Their communication was prompt, effective, and always warm. I don't think we waited longer than a few hours for a response. They worked hard to get our sale through and we would use them again in a heartbeat :)

From start to finish, the support we received was outstanding.<br><br>Olivia has been absolutely wonderful — so accommodating with every single question and query we had, both before we moved in and still now that we’re settled in our new home.She always responded so quickly with clear, helpful and informative answers. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
