We were informed immediately if there were any problems at the property and were guided through sorting them out The staff always answered the phone promptly and politely - I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them
5th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, or let a property in the Bradford area.

1st Jun 2026 (12 days ago)You take a deposit of £127.00 from a potential Tennant and because you say its a failed Tennancy your keeping the deposit??? This is absolutely disgusting and I class this as theft, simple as that. You are absolutely disgusting and all Tennants/landlords need to stay clear from you. I will be taking legal action against you and you will be put on every social media page in your area, everyone will know to stay away from you. We are in a cost of living crisis and all you do is treat people like your own personal bank machines...... THIS WILL NOT BE LEFT OR FORGOTTEN
25th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.- 4th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The mortgage advisor Shannon was absolutely great, nothing was too much for her and she made everything so much easier!

David came to our house today to carry out a valuation and we were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest and helpful advice about our property and the local market. We found him approachable, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the Wakefield area. The whole experience was positive and stress-free, and we would highly recommend David and the team at Reeds Rains Wakefield to anyone looking for a property valuation or estate agent services.

I would highly recommend this Father and son team. The whole process was made easy, they are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with and also very competitively priced. They know the market and how to sell houses. The first people through our door bought our house for the full asking price. ??????????????????????????????

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. It has made a real difference.

From start to finish, Remi was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout what can be a stressful process. Communication was excellent, and we always felt kept informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and Remi was always happy to answer questions and help things move along smoothly. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

4th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have been a landlord, using an agent similar to Ewemove for 11 years. Now it's time for a life change and for me to become a tenant again. If you are reading this and you are an owner looking to let your property, let me tell you I am trying to persuade my wife to switch to Ewemove, read on for why. Well this hasn't been much fun. I'm in a difficult situation and need to move. My first experience though, my first viewing was a Ewemove let. Sian Keating met me there and I immediately felt very relaxed with her, she was warm, felt caring. It seemed she wanted to hear everything I had to say. I loved the house, but unfortunately they chose someone else. Ewemove play fair. After this I viewed other properties and met other agents and private landlords. These people are having a party and it is not fair. Not at all. They hold viewings week by week by week for as long as it takes for them to fish out exactly the right specimen. It's a vile way to treat people and this has upset me. Not Ewemove. They advertise, this is where you have to try, you have to search daily for properties to come up, because if one comes up from Ewemove you need to book the viewing immediately if the property suits you. If it does you can apply and your only competition will be those who have also liked the property on that day and who also want to apply. As for the staff, it isn't just Sian Keating in that particular branch, I have spoken to others at that branch and other branches looking to rent in different areas: it always seems to be the same, the staff are always really nice to you and always do whatever they can to help. Ewemove have firmly put all other landlords and agents to shame. Thank you, and well done. I would like to add that Ewemove have now helped me into a property exactly where I wanted to live, which was looking like fantasy, because it is a popular area. I found the process difficult and very stressful, with all checks and balances, every little thing that had to be satisfactory for insurance companies. Both Sian, and this week Wendy worked very hard and spent a lot of time making this work for me. I can't thank you enough, I really mean that. I look forward to key day which is very soon.
