4th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)PTN took over our previous property who was managed by Sarah, Sarah made sure everything was getting done if we had a issue and always kept us in the loop if any work was taking place, we've just moved out and with the help of Sarah there wasn't any stressful situations it all ran smoothly so thank you to you all for all your help.

The whole process felt much less stressful because they kept us updated and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated their professionalism and support throughout, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

16th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Rees Page, and that’s mainly down to Adam. From start to finish he was brilliant. There were a few small delays along the way, but Adam was always chasing things up for me and making sure I had answers rather than being left in the dark. His communication was spot on, always quick to reply, easy to talk to, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. It made what can be a really stressful time feel so much easier. I’m genuinely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Adam and the team at Rees Page.
1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

22nd Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! 26th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m desperately looking for a home to relocate back to the West Midlands after experiencing DA. I had an appointment this week to view a property, but I was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the letting agent turned up late, and I had to call the office to see where she was. The office called her to find out, and she clearly wasn’t happy about this as she brought it up with me and my brother who was accompanying me. She was also dressed like she had just rolled out of bed, and offered us no information about the property…she remained quiet the whole time. The property I viewed had no heating source in the one bedroom, (which is illegal) and so they are happy to let out a property on behalf of a Landlord of whom is clearly breaking the law. When I pointed this out, she said “you can just put a heater in there.” No, no I can’t…the landlords job is to provide a source of heating, not mine When I asked her more information and mentioned I had a cat, she wasn’t sure what to say…despite me having an email trace of speaking to the office about this. She just did not seem interested in getting a tenant for the property. I will of course be reporting the fact that this property is being let without a heating source in the bedroom. Only thing I can say positively about this letting agent, is they do call and let you know that you haven’t been successful, which is more than most!

I lived in their property for 2 years and I can say that they are experts in maintenance. I recommend them highly to any homeowner or tenant. 27th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service from Dourish & Day in Penkridge from start to finish. Always kept informed and with viewings and offers being logged on an app it means you can easily keep track of everything. Would recommend and use again for sure.

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!
