15th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

19th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Property may have been overvalued and marketing improved as we reduced twice and it hasn’t sold with Billinghams so we’ve moved to a new agent for a fresh look. Agent was good, it just wasn’t working for us.

Antony was our main point of contact and from the onset of marketing our property we can honestly say we have never met anyone with so much passion and enthusiasm for their job. He was informative, helpful, friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble for him. He took time to explain the process and answer our queries, keeping us informed throughout what was a long and difficult sale at times. Everyone else in the office were equally as helpful and there is a lot to be said for using a small, local estate agent. They really care about their clients and try their upmost to facilitate sales and purchases. Thank you all for a superb service. We would thoroughly recommend this estate agent to anyone considering buying or selling a property. Well done team and thank you.

Emma ia a credit to the company and worked exceptionally hard to ensure we moved into our new hone before Christmas. I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

14th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

Renting a new place can be pretty stressful, especially when you’re juggling everything that comes with moving, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. He was always clear, detailed, and patient with every question I had (and I had quite a few!). Nothing ever felt rushed, and he handled everything with real professionalism and calmness, which I really appreciated during such a hectic time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and supporting you properly through the process. I’ll definitely be recommending him by word of mouth, but I also felt the company and Kurt deserved proper recognition here. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended.
