The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

30th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

They are always ready to respond queries and resolve it if and when required without any lapse of time. I would highly recommend everyone to get their services.

She was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Khotol made everything feel smooth and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way and going above and beyond to help wherever she could.<br><br>It’s not often you find such genuine, attentive service in the property market, and we really appreciated the care she put into everything. 3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I first met Jake when I needed a probate valuation for my late mother’s house. I was really impressed when Jake came round mid afternoon, carried out the valuation & then he actually returned a few hours later to drop the valuation off to me in person. When I decided to sell the house in March 2026 I had no hesitation in going with Jake as my sole Estate Agent. Once again I was not disappointed as my house sold in a matter of a few weeks. I was really Impressed with Jake’s cool, calm & collected manner and he is very professional & does exactly what he says he is going to do. Therefore I would thoroughly recommend the services of Allday & Miller.
