The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, or let a property in the Bradford area.

Would recommend them highly.- 13th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)I honestly can’t recommend Hannah Williams (Senior Lettings Negotiator) at William H Brown enough. From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made the whole process feel so much less stressful because she was always easy to talk to, kept me constantly updated, and replied to my emails so quickly. She truly went above and beyond for us and did absolutely everything she possibly could to help. Unfortunately, due to our own circumstances, we ended up renting through another estate agent, but that had nothing to do with her at all. If anything, I would have chosen that property purely because of how much I enjoyed dealing with her! She is an absolute credit to William H Brown and I really hope she does amazingly well in her career there because she completely deserves it for all of her hard work, professionalism, and fantastic personality.

They were also the estate agents who I bought my new house from and they helped my solicitors get me in within 6 weeks (just in time for my baby girls arrival!) They were all a huge help at a really stressful time & I couldn't thank them all enough - would totally use them again and reccomend to anyone!

David came to our house today to carry out a valuation and we were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest and helpful advice about our property and the local market. We found him approachable, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the Wakefield area. The whole experience was positive and stress-free, and we would highly recommend David and the team at Reeds Rains Wakefield to anyone looking for a property valuation or estate agent services.

Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. Would recommend the purchase process with redbrik

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.

From start to finish, Remi was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout what can be a stressful process. Communication was excellent, and we always felt kept informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and Remi was always happy to answer questions and help things move along smoothly. We really appreciated the reassurance and guidance throughout our purchase and would highly recommend Remi and the Manning Stainton team to anyone buying or selling a home. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
7th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Steve came and assessed our property and did not pester us for a decision to us Nestledin. When we signed up pictures were taken and posted on Rightmove almost immediately resulting in viewings and a quick sale.Communication has been great all through the process
26th May 2026 (18 days ago)Tried to scam me out of my deposit. Added £200 deep cleaning and general wear and tear charges to my end-of-tenancy costs. They were actually trying to charge me an £250 on top of the deposit they already had (£500+). Not to mention the fact that they tried to charge me an extra £169 on top of the rent that I owed to them. If I hadn’t called it out, I doubt it would have been returned to me when the “mistake” was noticed. I made sure to let them know they were scammers and that I’d be taking it further via the DPS. My landlord was kind enough to drop all of the charges and help me out with this situation, but I would avoid them at all costs because I got very lucky by having a good landlord.

4th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have been a landlord, using an agent similar to Ewemove for 11 years. Now it's time for a life change and for me to become a tenant again. If you are reading this and you are an owner looking to let your property, let me tell you I am trying to persuade my wife to switch to Ewemove, read on for why. Well this hasn't been much fun. I'm in a difficult situation and need to move. My first experience though, my first viewing was a Ewemove let. Sian Keating met me there and I immediately felt very relaxed with her, she was warm, felt caring. It seemed she wanted to hear everything I had to say. I loved the house, but unfortunately they chose someone else. Ewemove play fair. After this I viewed other properties and met other agents and private landlords. These people are having a party and it is not fair. Not at all. They hold viewings week by week by week for as long as it takes for them to fish out exactly the right specimen. It's a vile way to treat people and this has upset me. Not Ewemove. They advertise, this is where you have to try, you have to search daily for properties to come up, because if one comes up from Ewemove you need to book the viewing immediately if the property suits you. If it does you can apply and your only competition will be those who have also liked the property on that day and who also want to apply. As for the staff, it isn't just Sian Keating in that particular branch, I have spoken to others at that branch and other branches looking to rent in different areas: it always seems to be the same, the staff are always really nice to you and always do whatever they can to help. Ewemove have firmly put all other landlords and agents to shame. Thank you, and well done. I would like to add that Ewemove have now helped me into a property exactly where I wanted to live, which was looking like fantasy, because it is a popular area. I found the process difficult and very stressful, with all checks and balances, every little thing that had to be satisfactory for insurance companies. Both Sian, and this week Wendy worked very hard and spent a lot of time making this work for me. I can't thank you enough, I really mean that. I look forward to key day which is very soon.

What really stood out to us is that Harvey is a man of his word. If he says he’ll call you back, he does at exactly the time he promises. That level of reliability is rare and incredibly appreciated. He consistently goes out of his way to support us in our search, always making us feel like a priority. We especially value his honesty. If he’s unsure about something, he’ll say so then take the time to find the correct information and come back to us. There’s no guesswork, no hard sales tactics, and absolutely no “flip flop” answers just straightforward, trustworthy advice. The York branch is very lucky to have him. Our only wish is that we could have Harvey as our agent across all Reeds Rains branches instead of having to change agents!
