22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.<br><br>In 25 years of buying and selling property I've never found an agency who appears to simply ignore my enquiry. I was ready to buy, yet they have ignored my enquiries.<br><br>Awful service for an agency.<br><br>As a note to the agency, before they attempt to say it was a technology glitch: I attempted contact via multiple methods over 7 days. 1) 4 Rightmove Enquiries 2) Website Form 3) Phone Message 4) Email to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process involved and what we needed to do to begin looking for our first home. Shannon explained everything about the process and quickly obtained a mortgage agreement in principle for us so that we could begin searching for a house.<br><br>Once we had an offer accepted, Shannon's expertise was well evidenced as she continuously checked for what the best mortgage was (even on the day of the application!) so that we got the best mortgage offer for our situation. Thank you, Shannon. We can't recommend you enough! ??<br><br>Lily was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the purchase of our property. She is kind, understanding, and made sure we were kept updated as to our vendor's onward purchase. Thank you too, Lily!

We have been looking for our ideal home for quite a long time, and thanks to the coordinated work of the team, this process was as comfortable as possible. Even after my mortgage was approved, he continued to check in regularly and made sure everything was progressing smoothly. About a month later, when rates dropped, he proactively secured me a better mortgage rate, reducing it from 5% to 4.29%, saving me around £70 a month. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Unfortunately i feel obligated to write this review to warn future potential renters about the issues i faced with Dwell at the end of my tenancy. I rented a flat through Dwell for just over a year. Nothing was raised with me at check-out, and the check-out report their own inspector completed recorded every section of the property, including cleanliness and the mattress, as unchanged from the check-in inventory, with no deductions noted.<br><br>Despite that, I was later billed for cleaning and a mattress nearly two months after leaving. When I declined, I was told I'd agreed to pay on a phone call I have no record of. I disputed the charges through Reposit, submitted both inspection reports, and an independent adjudicator found in my favour, I owed nothing.<br><br>My advice to anyone renting through Dwell: keep your check-in inventory and check-out report, and read them carefully. If charges are raised that the reports don't support, you're entitled to dispute them.

Their social media marketing gave our home great exposure to a wide audience, and we regularly received updates on the progress. Despite a challenging market, our house sold for the asking price that Steve recommended. We were extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend NestledIn to anyone looking to sell their home.

5th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.
