It has been a very positive experience - from the initial valuation to dropping off the keys on the day of completion. No question or query was ever too much for the team. Oli's valuation was significantly higher than other estate agent's in the area and we secured our full asking price within 3 weeks! If we had decided to sell with someone else, we would have sold for 20% less! We couldn't recommend William H Brown Morley enough. Thank you Oli, Paige, Amy, Chris and everyone else ??????

25th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Taylah Ripley (Lettings Manager) and the team did an outstanding job sourcing new Tenants for our rental property. The whole process was professional and friendly, with very good communication and prompt action. They demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market in general, and the area specifically, as well as the complex new legislation, which was reflected in an excellent Tenancy Agreement. Compared with several other Agents we have had experience of, Blundells are head and shoulders better than the rest. 10/10

Fast forward to 2025 and we put the bungalow on the market due to dad passing, Joanna was so compassionate and understanding at such a difficult time for us as a family she never lost hope that she would find somewhere to mum to buy in the area that she wanted even when nothing seemed to be available in that area. Nothing was too much trouble when we reached out to ask questions or for help with paperwork.<br>We would highly recommend the team at Dewsbury and thank Joanna and all the team at Dewsbury for all their help and support<br><br>Gill & Sarah x
- 15th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)This Review is important not because the Sale of my Property was smooth and speedy but because it was the exact opposite but it proves how important it is to have an Good Agent.<br>From the start John was courteous friendly and helpful. He explained the process very clearly and was not 'pushy' to get me to go with Reeds Rains. Despite the total inefficiency of both the Buyer and their Solicitor John remained calm, and was relentless in 'chasing' up the Buyer, his Solicitor and my Solicitor by ringing and speaking to them all to ensure he got a response and pushing them into Action.

7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
