5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Louise Jones at Redbrik has been absolutely outstanding. From offer to completion took less than 2 months. She made selling our property through Redbrik so much less stressful. It was a joy to work with her.<br><br>She pretty much handled all the communication with our and the buyer's solicitors and kept me informed at all stages.<br><br>She liaised with our buyer on our behalf and dealt with any queries in a matter of minutes. Her communication was excellent and she is a credit to Redbrik. I have never experienced such professionalism, promptness and complete dedication as I have with Louise.<br><br>She is also a really lovely person and was a joy throughout the sale of our house.<br><br>Thank you Redbrik, and Louise in particular. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

She is always polite, professional, and goes above and beyond to help, no matter what the situation. Most recently, we were looking to purchase another property, and Letara kindly arranged for a financial adviser to call me to discuss the options available. Her proactive approach, excellent communication, and willingness to help made the whole process so much easier. It’s rare to receive such consistently outstanding customer service. I live 300 miles away and the staff at Bridlington have been kind, empathetic, and gone beyond a normal estate agents role. Excellent staff who are a credit to the company

20th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!

We had a couple of estate agents come out to value our house, but we chose Oscars because they made us feel the most comfortable and were clear that everything was included.<br><br>Throughout the sale process, Stef was always available to help, provide updates and communicate with the buyers, which was often much quicker than waiting for responses from the solicitors.<br><br>Overall, the experience was smooth and professional and we would definitely recommend Oscars to anyone looking to sell their home.
