Rebecca was the first person I met at the viewing, and she was very friendly, informative, and genuinely personable. She made the whole process feel welcoming right from the start.<br><br>After that, Lucy supported me through the move?in and was always quick to help resolve any issues I had. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how smoothly she helped get everything sorted.<br><br>Both Rebecca and Lucy have been wonderful to deal with, and I’m genuinely grateful for all their help in making the move?in process so much easier.

From our first meeting, Katie was professional, positive, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Her valuation was backed by detailed market research and a really clear rationale and she got it absolutely spot-on. Our house attracted huge interest immediately and sold at asking price within just four days.<br><br>Katie kept us informed throughout, from photography and marketing to viewing feedback, offers and the performance of our listing across Rightmove and OnTheMarket. Everything was transparent and clearly explained.<br><br>Selling while returning to work after adoption leave could have been overwhelming, but Katie was a constant, reassuring presence: responsive, encouraging and completely committed. By the end, she felt like a genuine cheerleader in our corner. The wider team were equally well-informed, which says a lot about Blundells’ culture.<br><br>Katie is an exceptional agent with a very bright future ahead of her. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone selling their home.
25th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Dreadful experience of Reeds Rains.<br>When valued by David who was lovely, friendly and professional we were informed that we would have no problem selling our house. Here we are nearly 4 months later after only 4 viewings where nobody was in a position to proceed. It has come to light that they over value your property. They offer very little advice, attention to detail and communication is poor. Then when I informed them I was unhappy with the service and wished to leave them they state I have to give 28 days notice before I can re advertise with another agent, but they take it off the market after 20 days without informing me. Im sorry but I do not feel they go out of their way to sell your property hence the number for sale through them around our area. All clearly overpriced. I did deal with a lovely lady one weekend, but my main contact was with Jack who just said "we will move your photos around and send your house to new people on our books" every time I spoke to him. Then proceeded to talk rubbish about nothing of any value saying things will pick up after the school holidays which is rubbish as very few houses have sold where I live.<br><br>There seems to be really positive reviews around two ladies who work there, but unfortunately I haven't had any contact with them or this review may have been very different. I have been generous giving two stars but as David was great and the weekend lady 1 star didnt feel fair
7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews but felt i must after the amazing service i have had from Redbrik in Crystal Peaks.<br><br>From the initial valuation through to the negotiations and completion all members of staff i have dealt with have been extremely professional and friendly.<br><br>Special mention to Louise who helped steady my nerves with her excellent communication in the latter stages.<br><br>I would throughly recommend this company.<br><br>Thank you for all you did

She made the whole process of getting started really straightforward.<br><br>Karen was equally brilliant throughout the sale, keeping me updated, answering any questions and helping keep things moving along.<br><br>There were a few challenges along the way, but the team were always friendly, professional and helpful.<br><br>A big thank you to Emily, Karen and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Haybrook to anyone looking to sell their property!

In particular her suggesting the house to the producers of 'Location, Location, Location' was astute. Alex was calm, reliable & personable. Everything was dealt with promptly & with ease via appropriate communication : What's App, e mails, telephone conversations & in person.<br>Alex I, in the background, was prompt too with his admin support.<br>Excellent. Thank you Ewemove for staff that deliver !
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)There is no possible way that I could recommend the Hunters Filey team enough. Whatever I say in the coming sentences, it will come nowhere near to expressing the magnitude of empathy, professionalism and dedication that this team demonstrate. They are absolutely incredible and we owe our dream home entirely to them (and in particular Amy, who single-handedly kept things on track despite the countless issues thrown at her).<br><br>From having the house pictured on the Monday, to its listing on the Saturday, and its subsequent sale (at full asking price) on the Monday - it was clear that Hunters were going to be a force to be reckoned with. The quality of the pictures and way in which they (briefly) marketed my property completely outstripped the competition. We were in awe.<br><br>From there they managed to keep the chain together (how? I still don’t know!) despite people in the chain demanding more money at exchange, others asking for last-minute date changes and others threatening to walk away throughout the process due to completely different reasons. I would guess about 50% of these issues could/should come down to Amy to deal with, however time and time again she took it upon herself to attack 100% of these issues on our behalf.<br><br>In short. This deal was for our dream house. It should have fallen over at least 4 times but the Hunters Team got it over the line and we will be forever grateful.<br><br>Hunters Filey - you have a loyal customer for life and a lifetime free pass for coffee/tea/cake whenever you are in the neighbourhood. Thank you.
