As first time buyers the whole experience was very daunting to begin with. However, our mortgage appointment with Any was seamless and super helpful in keeping us informed. The process for our purchase took 6 months and we cannot thank Harley enough she was so supportive and there whenever I need to speak to her about anything and was always so helpful! We also was in touch with Lauren and Daniela during our purchasing and they was also a great help. You are all such a credit and we cannot thank you all enough!

Extremely disappointed with the the service at Connells West Bromwich, constantly having to chase up, not helpful at all and when I would call the agents seemed very flat and uninterested.
The property I was interested in had some quite complex issues, I had to find everything out myself with absolutely no help, then when I would ask to speak to a manager he was on holiday ... Just a mess. I will never use connells West Bromwich again.

I have found some estate agents to be all about the sale and provide little knowledge or care about the property and area they are selling, let alone taking the time to get to know a potential purchaser and what is right for them. Paul from Connells, Hitchin however has restored my faith and has proved to have an outstanding knowledge of the properties and areas he has showed us, as well as taking the time during and after viewings to discuss them. As a first time buyer, Jake and his team could not have been any better. The team were helpful and on hand via phone and email for all of my questions and made my experience seamless with prompt responses. As a first time buyer it can be a daunting process however the team never failed to put me at ease. I can’t fault the process or the team, super grateful - thank you for all your help.

Ruby was absolutely brilliant at helping us see the property…she was friendly, helpful and professional. Ruby dealt with the awkward situation (not her fault) of not having the right key for the property very well by putting us at ease and came back out to the property to meet us again the following day.

We went with Connells when buying our house and Abigail who works here is our mortgage broker. All of the staff there are so polite and helpful including Abigail who is extremely understanding and supportive. We weren't sure that going with a mortgage broker was the right decision, but it most certainly was and we are so over the moon with the response times and treatment we have recieved. All staff are happy to help when they can anyway, and they are all very informative and polite.
I would 100% recommend Connells to anyone looking at buying or even selling a house!
