I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

Met with Keira for a couple of viewings recently. Felt I had to leave a review as the family and I were really impressed with the way she presented herself and handled the viewings. She was professional, well informed, not pushy, excellent rapport with the kids and didn’t rush us. Having viewed alot of properties with other Southampton agents recently and been underwhelmed with the service levels and levels of professionalism it was great to meet an agent who did things properly. The process of responding to my enquiries, booking viewings and confirming was also seamless. Shame there aren’t more agents like Keira. Would happily use again.

I had a really great recent experience with using Connells, specifically Ali as my mortgage advisor. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

Jack and Harrison have been a massive help and a credit to the Connells throughout my first home purchase. I have heard horror story's of property purchases and despite certain hurdles, they have both kept constant communication and updates upon request of goings on. Definitely recommend

Awful place for letting, I wouldn’t even consider buying a place from them.<br>They lie to you, and only show you the best part during viewing. I saw things I didn’t see during the viewing when I moved in. Wasn’t told the full information.<br><br>And when moving in, they failed to let the accommodation know I was moving in. And when problems occur in the building, they don’t do anything.<br>If you’re thinking of moving into Vox Living, DON’T
