I worked with Connells to buy my first flat in Hitchin, specifically with Rosie who I cant fault. She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

I had 4 viewings in 16 weeks
I wasn’t given feedback on viewings for weeks, it took over 8 weeks to get the for sale sign up, the person doing the viewings couldn’t answer questions regarding my house. Just overall not a great experience

If someone offers the asking price of a house they like to prolong it hoping someone will offer more .make lots of excuses ..greedy company .DO NOT GO WITH THESE .
