I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

Can’t praise the staff more especially Joe and Andy who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

I just wanted to share my recent experience with this firm. We are from Surrey and were looking to relocate to this area.We booked a viewing and were met by Steve. Not only was he super accommodating during the process of actually trying to fit our schedule around his but he went above and beyond our expectations. The property we went to see wasn’t the ideal fit for us so Steve then suggested another property we might be interested in. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at along with transport links making suggestions on areas we hadn’t really thought about. In fact he made everything seem seamless that we drive away much more in tune on what we were trying to achieve. Steve was personable with so much depth to him that we wanted to find a property just so he could manage it all without us giving it any second concerns! No doubt we will keep in touch we just wanted to use this platform as it’s known Estate agents get a lot of negative press!! Thanks again Steve ????????????
