I want to thank Morgan for his fantastic service and availability through the whole process of acquiring our current home.
He was accessible, responsive and very helpful when needed. We had a short time to find a place to stay as just moving into the country and all our needs were met.

Aiden and James assisted us in selling our house in North West London. Ultimately James "won the prize" however it has been a pleasure at all times dealing with both of them. They have been polite, considerate, and good at keeping us up to date on everything; and James was especially good at pushing through on our completion date and keeping us posted on the progress. I can highly recommend them.

I have recently sold my flat through Foxtons Auctions and the whole process has been streamlined and professional. The were transparent and open about discussions and feedback from the outset.
I received a telephone call almost daily giving me an update on the viewings of the previous day and the feedback provided by interested parties. The online platform is easy to use and you can keep up to date with feedback and potential viewings.
The service I received was not corporate in fashion; it felt bespoke, and I often joked with the team that it very much felt the whole of Foxtons was working solely for my flat.
I thank the whole team, but a special thank you to Anne, Antony, Bronwyn, Kieran and Mohsen.
There are many estate agents across the Marylebone and Mayfair area; if it is a personal and bespoke service you require, then I strongly recommend Foxtons.

A retired lady has rented a house from Foxton's where the property is full of mould and has no heater and hot water, this is during a very cold winter. Jon at Foxton's Bishops Park are referring this tenant to the landlord who is completely unreachable. While this property is not managed by Foxton they are not helping her get in touch with the landlord or even trying to attempt to contact the landlord on her behalf nor tell the tenant what her rights are. The tenant has also asked if she can get the repairs done and remove it from the rent in which Foxton's have said no.
Due to the coldness of the property the tenant is now in hospital. I have tried to speak to Foxton's about this but they are yet to reply. This is extremely poor service.

I purchased my flat in Greenwich with Foxtons in October 2023 and Amy Curtis was the estate agent who worked with me during this time. Unlike other estate agents I had met in the past, she was incredibly prepared, responsive and supportive through the whole purchase process. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable and exactly what you need if you are a first time buyer and need good guidance. She was also very pleasant to work with which adds a nice touch especially as things do get stressful towards the end when there is time pressure.

Couldn't be happier with the excellent and beyond duty attention received from Margot as we presented a specially challenging situation to her. We went to Guildford for only 6 months and needed a short term rental that also could accept our temporary status as 'tourists' - me and my wife are from Brazil and had to come back after this period, so finding a place that could check all our requirements was really difficult. And we had to do that remotely from our country (I've never set foot in England before).
But Miss Margot not only was incredibly supportive and friendly, but extremely helpful, negotiating with the landlords and keeping ing us informed in all the process, making us to understand all the local requirements. She even made a live view broadcast to show us the properties that we liked the most.
And, I must emphasize that we have tried several other state agencies in the Surrey area but most were totally dismissive when we presented our challenges. We even managed to make friends with another couple that Margot helped in last year, that were in a situation just like ours, thanks to her.
Reading other reviews from Foxton's, it seems that most people get a very good service from them, but what we've got from Miss Margot was nothing short of exceptional.
