Jamal Hussain was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in managing the entire process of preparing and marketing for my property to be let. Found me good tenants who are moving in soon. Will keep close eye on how ongoing property management will compare once tenants are in and settled. Will update or add new review as time goes on.

im having a terrible experience with foxtons property management service. everything was fine until they rent out the property, then they charged me 2 months rent ( up to 3k ) in fees which they cannot explain ( i asked for a detailed explanation and never received it) also i asked to cancel the management contract because i do not get any replies from them and i also did not get a reply from the cancellation team, i feel extremely frustrated ,i DO NOT recommend you take the management services , just rent out the property ( i had a good experience with Jamal) and manage it yourself if you dont want to get robbed and completely ignored.

Foxtons agent Omolade is why I have my new flat. She arranged viewings of multiple flats, listening closely to understand my needs and constraints, even showing me flats that weren't on the original plan when she realized what I was after. Once I decided on the flat, it was already off the market! But Omolade went above and beyond, looking at several flats that were similar, sending me videos, and helping me get the offer form in that very day. She and the BTR team went above and beyond to make sure that my offer was accepted and I got a great deal. Her enthusiasm and genuine joy in showing me this development were the biggest reasons I picked it.

I had a very long and annoying experience with some sellers over the past 9 months, but I was supported by Kayode Odubote throughout and he couldn't have been better at dealing with the situation. Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.

Very poor experience with Foxtons Hackney.
I was told a studio was available and proceeded in good faith. I spent significant time completing the application form, providing information, arranging references and sending the documents in multiple formats because the PDF was difficult to complete properly.
After going through all of this, I was then told that the current tenant was extending until the end of June. This was not communicated to me before I spent time on the application process. I had also turned down another studio because I believed this property was genuinely available and moving forward.
The communication was poor, the process wasted my time, and it caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult housing search.
I would not use Foxtons again based on this experience.

She took the time to fully understand what I was looking for in a rental property and was incredibly helpful in finding properties that matched my requirements.
