I used Foxtons around November time to try and sell my late father's home. To be fair they are very good estate agent and actually make an effort to sell your home unfortunately after some disagreements we parted ways. They would have sold the house literally in the first week. Now im with another estate agent a much smaller firm they are ok but not as good as Foxtons. In the last few months I've researched and contacted estate agents and to be fair most of them in Walthamstow are lacklustre and not bothered, however I'd say Foxtons are the best of the bunch as they actually make an effort to get your house sold.
In the next month or so will have to look for another estate agent as my contract has ended with my current estate agent.
Anyhow a special thanks to Sonny (Sales Manager) he's excellent and did the best he could, if you're selling your house in Walthamstow Foxtons would be a great choice.

I had a great experience finding a property through Foxtons thanks to Ben Wright, who sourced a few flats that matched what I was after perfectly and helped make the process as quick and painless as possible. I do recommend working with him, no complaints whatsoever.

Completely disorganised from the start. Rented a property from foxtons Guildford and had little to no communication from them until our move in and after. Foxtons property management also hardly any communication or efforts to fix anything within the property. I called every day to chase and I hardly heard a thing back. We moved in and the property was in a state, no welcome pack, unclean, no instructions, appliances hanging down or fallen off, no help from foxtons at all. Four months since our move in and nothing has been resolved.

My initial experience with Foxtons was very positive. Agents like McKyle and Jade were responsive and helpful while I was searching for an apartment.
However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Lately it has been difficult to reach anyone, and when I try calling McKyle he is often unavailable.
I was later connected to Danielle, who told me about a property in Westminster. The landlord cancelled the viewing on Friday and it was rescheduled for Monday. When I called again on Monday, I was informed that the property had already gone off the market. During the call, Danielle mentioned that I had “gone for a haircut on Monday,” which is why the property was gone. I found this comment confusing and a bit unprofessional, especially since I was expecting the rescheduled viewing.
I understand that the London rental market moves very quickly, but clearer communication and a more supportive approach would make the experience much better for clients.

Francis is diligent and highly experienced, enabling him to eliminate problems before they arise, thus taking away the usual stresses and strains that comes with buying and selling your home.

I had a great experience with Foxtons - my property was on the market for a while, but the sales team kept the viewings coming regularly. After I had an offer accepted, Kate was amazing at keeping thing progressing through the conveyancing process and made sure to help with any sticking points which I really appreciated! I was not expecting such a personal level of service from a high street estate agent and was very pleasantly surprised - thanks to Liz, Kate and the whole team!

“Last year, I had the pleasure of working with Nashe Moyo from the letting department at Foxtons Hackney. She was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful. She showed me several properties with genuine care. Although I didn’t rent one at that time, her politeness and professionalism brought me back. I had a very positive experience with the estate agent Christine, even if I did not end up submitting an offer for a flat with this agency simply for personal incompatibilities with the properties rather than anything wrong with those per se, and I thoroughly enjoyed her attention to detail and resourcefulness in showing me the flats. I'll certainly consider using Foxtons West End in the future shall I need to look for other flats!
