I used Foxtons around November time to try and sell my late father's home. To be fair they are very good estate agent and actually make an effort to sell your home unfortunately after some disagreements we parted ways. They would have sold the house literally in the first week. Now im with another estate agent a much smaller firm they are ok but not as good as Foxtons. In the last few months I've researched and contacted estate agents and to be fair most of them in Walthamstow are lacklustre and not bothered, however I'd say Foxtons are the best of the bunch as they actually make an effort to get your house sold.
In the next month or so will have to look for another estate agent as my contract has ended with my current estate agent.
Anyhow a special thanks to Sonny (Sales Manager) he's excellent and did the best he could, if you're selling your house in Walthamstow Foxtons would be a great choice.

I had a great experience finding a property through Foxtons thanks to Ben Wright, who sourced a few flats that matched what I was after perfectly and helped make the process as quick and painless as possible. I do recommend working with him, no complaints whatsoever.

Completely disorganised from the start. Rented a property from foxtons Guildford and had little to no communication from them until our move in and after. Foxtons property management also hardly any communication or efforts to fix anything within the property. I called every day to chase and I hardly heard a thing back. We moved in and the property was in a state, no welcome pack, unclean, no instructions, appliances hanging down or fallen off, no help from foxtons at all. Four months since our move in and nothing has been resolved.

I had the pleasure to work with Charlie Jones from the Croydon branch and Andrea Wright from the Crystal Palace branch in finding my first home. Charlie was a huge huge support for me over this long process, from the very first viewing till completion. He is very well informed about a wide range of topics, from real estate, taxes, house buying tips etc... and as a first time buyer I learnt a lot from him. He would regularly check in, update me and keep me informed about everything that was happening on the seller's side too. Thank you for making the process less stressful!

I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight.
I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property.
Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made.
That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place.
Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could.
Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!

Been looked after wonderfully by Paris Brown at Foxtons Peckham. Process through initial contact, viewings, application and securing the rental property has been seamless, uncomplicated and overall first rate. Can't thank Paris enough.
