Great experience with Alexander! After a few failed attempts at viewings and offers for a one-bedroom flat, I got in touch with Foxtons in Islington. I had an appointment with their agent Alexander, who showed me three interesting properties over one hour. It was a great experience, since we moved around with a Foxtons’ car. Alexander was really friendly and helpful and he recommended and arranged for me to go check one of their flagship made-to-rent buildings the following day, which is where I finally decided to move and got a lease signed. I totally recommend renters to look for Foxtons’ advice and trust Alexander’s experience.

I had an excellent experience with Natasha at Foxtons. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and only showed me properties that matched my requirements, which made the whole process much more efficient.<br><br>What stood out most was her communication and dedication. She was always responsive, punctual, and happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout every viewing, she was honest, well-informed, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

The worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. Repairs were constantly delayed—I was left without heating for 8 weeks during winter, and maintenance issues were never resolved on time. Communication was poor, and staff rarely responded properly. To make matters worse, they entered my flat with their management key for a viewing without my consent. Completely unprofessional and a serious breach of trust. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone.

We secured a nice flat for our daughter within 48 hours after meeting Nathan at Foxtons Shoreditch thanks to his efficiency and politeness. He showed us within hours exactly what we asked for and helped us a lot through the whole process! We were very impressed!

Foxtons Maida Vale has problems with rental department. They underpaid rent due to me by withholding extra commissions then agreed. Paid me less by over £1500, even we have written agreement. Around 2 months I am chasing them, i wrote everyone: negotiator, head of Maida Vale department, head of the area and general Foxtons compliance. They simply were not responding and not acknowledging my complaint. Total breach of Foxtons own complaint process. Finally after 2 months I got refund. They could’ve been more officiant. I gave them 1 star eventually, but corrected it now as they finally put the things right

My experience with Shamail from Foxtons was amazing! As a first time buyer he put me at ease, took me to a see a huge range of different properties and made me feel safe and comfortable to ask questions, and gave me and my mum space to talk. I couldn’t recommend him enough <3

We enquired about a property and received confirmation for a viewing. We then drove for over an hour, only to wait a further 30 minutes at the property with no one showing up. We received no phone call, email, or explanation, and despite repeatedly trying to contact the office, no one answered.<br><br>Today I noticed the property has been taken off the market, yet we still haven’t received an apology or any acknowledgment of what happened. My partner and I wasted over an hour and a half of our time due to this completely unprofessional service.<br><br>The lack of communication, courtesy, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. A simple phone call or email would have prevented us from making a needless journey. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.
