Paula Mema was fantastic throughout my recent move to Islington. She's very proactive — at the start that felt a little pushy, but that's exactly what you want from a letting agent when you're trying to secure a flat, and she was always quick to reply and explained everything clearly: deposit, standing order, key collection. The whole process felt smooth and personal, including a lovely handwritten card when I moved in. If you're renting through Foxtons, ask for Paula. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a really good experience working with Larisa Asimenei, who showed us a few properties and was always proactive and professional. She was attentive and I really appreciated how much care she put into everything. It showed how genuinely caring and dedicated she is. Foxtons have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I am beyond impressed. I have been dealing primarily with Nathan, who has been fantastic. They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed. Nathan’s communication has been great the whole way through and he has kept me at ease during what can be a very stressful time! Thank you!
