Great experience with Alexander! After a few failed attempts at viewings and offers for a one-bedroom flat, I got in touch with Foxtons in Islington. I had an appointment with their agent Alexander, who showed me three interesting properties over one hour. It was a great experience, since we moved around with a Foxtons’ car. Alexander was really friendly and helpful and he recommended and arranged for me to go check one of their flagship made-to-rent buildings the following day, which is where I finally decided to move and got a lease signed. I totally recommend renters to look for Foxtons’ advice and trust Alexander’s experience.

I had an excellent experience with Natasha at Foxtons. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and only showed me properties that matched my requirements, which made the whole process much more efficient.<br><br>What stood out most was her communication and dedication. She was always responsive, punctual, and happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout every viewing, she was honest, well-informed, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

We secured a nice flat for our daughter within 48 hours after meeting Nathan at Foxtons Shoreditch thanks to his efficiency and politeness. He showed us within hours exactly what we asked for and helped us a lot through the whole process! We were very impressed!

Zak was very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our property search. He took the time to understand our requirements and communicated clearly, even though we ultimately decided not to proceed with the property. I had the pleasure of working with Nia Bethelmie at Foxtons Walthamstow on a couple of occasions, and she was fantastic throughout. She was always friendly, professional and incredibly patient, even going out of her way to reschedule viewings when I was running late.<br>Nia kept in touch without ever being pushy and continued to send me new listings she genuinely thought I’d be interested in. It was clear she had taken the time to understand what I was looking for, rather than just sending generic recommendations.<br>Excellent customer service from start to finish – I’d happily recommend Nia to anyone looking to buy in the area.

My wife and I would like to say how grateful we are to Mr Stephen Waller of Foxton’s, Bromley for all his help while we’ve been buying our flat.<br><br>Stephen is always professional and diligent, which is what anyone buying or selling property wants, of course. But he goes far beyond this through his kindness and the effort he puts in for his clients. He has kept us informed about the whole buying process and regularly went beyond and above what we expected by often checking details with the seller even before we had thought of asking about them!<br><br>Stephen’s a very thoughtful and empathetic person and we will always regard ourselves as very lucky to have had him helping us. Also, we’ll never forget Stephen’s kind message when he heard that our oldest dog had passed away last month.<br><br>When you’re buying or selling a property, you don’t want someone who you have to kick into action, someone who really is just going through the motions. You want someone who cares and tries his or her best for you, someone who is proactive and an expert at what he does. Stephen is this and more and we’d recommend him to anyone.

Foxtons have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I am beyond impressed. I have been dealing primarily with Nathan, who has been fantastic. They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed. Nathan’s communication has been great the whole way through and he has kept me at ease during what can be a very stressful time! Thank you!
