Well, where to start!?
I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC!
First impressions? First class gentleman.
Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite.
Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional.
It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear.
We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

We had a really positive experience of purchasing our home through Hamptons. Zoe was professional, responsive and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.
Communication was always clear and timely, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Zoe was proactive in keeping things moving and liaising effectively with all parties involved.

We had a fantastic experience with Hamptons in Sunningdale and more specifically with Lauren Walker over the past two years of our tenancy. As an Associate Administrator in lettings, she was consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout.
Any time we had a question or needed assistance, she replied quickly and handled everything efficiently, which made a huge difference. Lauren truly goes above and beyond, she made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Kristy and Mark from Hampton for their remarkable customer service throughout the journey of purchasing my first home. I made multiple viewing requests, and they arranged everything promptly without any hesitation.
Mark was always available to answer my questions, offered great advice, and even went the extra mile by following up with the vendor to ensure everything went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with such dedicated professionals.
I also want to acknowledge Esther and Nabeel for their support during this journey. A big thank you to the entire team!
One small suggestion: during the key handover, it would be wonderful to have a small booth or setup for photos perhaps with flowers, sweets to make the moment even more memorable. Buying a home is a special milestone, and adding a celebratory touch would create lasting memories.
Overall, highly recommended!

Hamptons - and, in, particular, Rupert -were always very helpful. I may use them again. I think, however, that they are more appropriate for selling more expensive houses than Cartreff.
