I have just agreed a let on my flat and have used KFH in north finchley. They have extremely helpful in finding new tenants ,I would definitely recommend other landlords to them .I would like to thank both Randall Nakadio and Maria mortzi In particular for helping me at every stage of the process. Having just exchanged on our flat through KFH Battersea Park, we cannot thank Giulia enough for everything she has done.<br><br>From day one, she has been absolutely exceptional. Her communication was second to none, keeping us updated almost constantly and always making sure we knew exactly where things stood. She was incredibly proactive, relentlessly chasing all parties involved and consistently going over and above to keep our sale progressing, particularly when things became more challenging.<br><br>Giulia’s professionalism, dedication and genuine commitment made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Mark and Jasmine are such a reliable and responsible team. They found perfect houses matching our needs and handled reference checks. We even viewed homes remotely, shot videos and negotiated with landlords for me when I was abroad offline. I cannot recommend these wonderful women highly enough.<br><br>We sold our first flat through them, then purchased and later sold our house through them too. They are professional to a tee. Valuations are realistic, they maintain integrity throughout the sale, and they go the extra mile. All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times.
