Caitlin did a great job helping us sell our family home of 40+years and all the complications inherent with needing to do so swiftly in order to pay for the care home for our Mum. The lettings team at streatham have been fantastic, Abs Odukoya, Alex Da Sulva, Jenelle Wright and Fahim Choudhury are all super helpful, professional and vero good at their job. I would recommend them ans will be using them again in the future.

I found the KFH team at Streatham to be excellent. They rented my flat out very quickly and got me really nice tenants and a very good rent. I have used them for over 5 years now and I will definitely be leaving my flat in their trusted hands.

The team at KFH were by far the most professional estate agent that I dealt with. In particular, Caitlin was incredible at keeping me informed of properties matching my search criteria which ended up with me buying my first property. She communicated with me openly throughout the seamless process - would not hesitate in recommending. Five star service.

KFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.

We went with the price they recommended, after six weeks and zero viweings we fired them. We felt that they were only really interested in the big ticket houses nearby. Waste of time.

I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.
