We bought from them at the first place and we sold from them too.
Sebastien and Afzal have been really present during all the process. Buying or selling a property in the UK is not the most easier process.
But they made it the most smoothly possible for each part during all the transaction.

I cannot say nice enough things about the Tooting KF H team. After a lengthy sales process with another estate agent, we moved our listing to KF H and had almost immediate success. The team were relentless in ensuring that our sale and our onward purchase aligned and that everything worked out. Their communication and attentiveness was stellar and they made us feel reassured and in the know for the entire process. George Relton in particular was amazing. All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances.
