I chose to sell my flat with the KFH Dulwich village team after a poor experience with a different estate agent. Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH.
Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement.

I would highly recommend Tom and his Streatham KFH team. Ours was a drawn out process (nothing to do with KFH) and thoughout Tom was helpful, supportive and quick to respond to our endless questions. Selling the family home was a wrench but made much smoother by Tom and his team

Harry Jones worked tirelessly for us to make sure a slightly tricky chain came through and we successfully exchanged on our sale. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

Buyers beware. We bought a property by a seller represented by KFH Wickham. The process was extremely stressful and, at times, misleading, especially since we were told that the purchase would be chain-free only to be told upon exchange that there was a chain. The property sold to us was left full of rubbish, which we had to pay for ourselves, despite being told that 1) the property would be left free of all rubbish upon completion 2) the large items of rubbish would be removed at seller's expense.
Any buyers buying through KFH Wickham, be careful, and ensure you receive all requests or have all actions fulfilled before key milestones in your purchase.
