We bought from them at the first place and we sold from them too.
Sebastien and Afzal have been really present during all the process. Buying or selling a property in the UK is not the most easier process.
But they made it the most smoothly possible for each part during all the transaction.

I cannot say nice enough things about the Tooting KF H team. After a lengthy sales process with another estate agent, we moved our listing to KF H and had almost immediate success. The team were relentless in ensuring that our sale and our onward purchase aligned and that everything worked out. Their communication and attentiveness was stellar and they made us feel reassured and in the know for the entire process. George Relton in particular was amazing. He kept us informed and had tough conversations on our behalf that really made the difference. Thanks George and the entire team!

I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money.
I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

Me and my Husband had a very pleasant experience, Monica Nicastro was very helpful and super lovely. She understood exactly what we were after I felt very well looked after, I would definitely recommend KFH (especially Monica) to anyone searching for a property.
