I chose to sell my flat with the KFH Dulwich village team after a poor experience with a different estate agent. Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH.
Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement.

I had a very positive experience with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Battersea Park Estate & Lettings Agents while relocating from Brighton to London. Moving to a new city can be quite stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and well-organised. Over valued the property to start with. Their only strategy for looking for new buyers was to continually lower the price.
